You won’t believe you’re in a basement apartment! This space is full of warmth and light. Recently renovated, with hardwood floors throughout and modern furnishings. Enjoy stunning views of the Wasatch Mountains from your backyard. FYI: Our family of 5 lives upstairs! Our 3 kids will be silent from 8 pm-7 am. I try my best to keep things quiet in the morning, but you may hear footsteps/ talking. Please let us know if the noise is too much!

This is my 2nd time staying here. I had a very confortable stay and slept great in the cozy bed. It was nice and cool in the apartment despite being 95 degrees outside. I also love the Avenues area. It's peaceful and walkable. It was also nice to have garage parking (for vehicles that aren't super tall - my Outback fit). I would stay again on my next trip.

Very zen space with amazing host. After our Utah desert adventures this was the perfect spot to reset and get to the airport. We had some itinerary changes and requests that jourdan was very accomodating to. This space was connected to the host but was set up to be very secluded. This was beneficial for one of our requests (needed a scale to weigh out our luggage to bring home cool rocks) The bed was so comfortable, much needed after camping and we were happy to have the ability to do some laundry before packing. Highly recommend staying here.

Hidden Gem in Bountiful Utah. BEST Airbnb on our trip! Neighborhood was Safe and quiet! Home was charming with alot of space to spread out after a long car ride! Backyard was AMAZING. Our 2 dogs ran and played endlessly. There were nice outside lights, a fire pit to sit around for roasting marshmallows and such. Lots of shade and privacy and VERY quiet. Bedrooms were all very nice with thoughtful BlackOut curtains! Many hosts forget this but it's SO helpful when Traveling! Kitchen well stocked wIth everything you might need. Michelle even left us some Goodies and bones for the pups. If we ever pass through Utah again, THIS Airbnb will be our place to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful Airbnb. Michelle nailed it! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great basement house! We stayed here for a soccer tournament and thoroughly enjoyed having comfortable, spacious lodging for rest and recovery. The rooms are a good size, big living room and kitchen. All pots, pans and dishes we needed to cook to avoid eating out. Will need to bring or get the seasonings etc you need for cooking. Laundry facilities for keeping uniforms game-ready. Neighborhood is nice and grocery is very close for all your last-minute needs. Upstairs floor is creaky as others have noted, but it did not bother us. Everyone slept well. Overall I would recommend and would stay there again.
