Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from the center of Bourges, and the CFD, in a beautiful park with ponies, horses, dog, cats. You can relax and walk through the park. There is parking for vehicles. Buses and shops are 5 minutes away. You will appreciate the quiet, the comfortable bed and the small kitchen. 80 m2 house in the heart of Bourges, between cathedral and marsh, completely renovated. Annex to my main house, it sometimes hosts my grown children. Ideal for 5 people, it can accommodate up to 7 (140 sofa bed in the living room), has a reserved parking space. Large garden to share with the owner. Note: on the 1st floor, you have to go through the small room to access the other.
