Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Ground floor: kitchen-dining room (25 m², terracotta tiles), living room (40 m², Burgundy stone floor, fireplace), 1 bedroom (20 m²), 1 shower room with small bathtub and 1 toilet with hand basin. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (from 9 to 40 m2, parquet floors), 1 toilet, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with toilet. Linens provided (sheets, towels, etc.). This farmhouse, maintained to be comfortable, has retained its 19th-century character. There is an adjoining garage with a Type 2 EV charging station.

Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! This home is a two-bedroom suite, one of which is in a tower (no kitchen). They are tiled with terracotta and the French ceiling is made of oak. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower (Languedoc marble and Burgundy stone) and a toilet. The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. "L'étable Bressane" Gîte

Our cottage was created in our old stable. It is located in our farmhouse, an old farm close to our animals on a 10,000 m² plot of land without overlooking.
