Welcome to my city retreat! 1 bedroom, ground floor apartment with private entrance and off road parking, in the quiet & leafy Bournville area, convenient for B'ham Uni & QE Hospital. The bars and restaurants of Stirchley are a few minutes walk, as are bus and train services to the city. Or, relax in your own canal side area with covered seating. As your host, I've curated the space to reflect Birmingham and the apartment is personally managed, so you will always be in direct contact with me.

Double Room2 with free parking

It takes 5 min from the house to the LongbridgeTrain Station, 6 min to the Longbridge shopping centre. It's 6 ml away from CAZ. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle, cups, plates. Help yourself with the collection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, etc You get keys for the front door and your room.

En-suite double room 4 miles from City in Moseley

Contemporary, comfortable and clean room with en-suite shower, bath and loo. Overlooking an active cricket pitch (April-Oct). Small and pretty garden at rear. Quite private road with parking. Close to Moseley village and Kings Heath, Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Highbury Hall, ICC, Symphony Hall, Brindley Place, City centre attractions such as canals, botanical gardens, many large parks and restaurants (and don't forget Grand Central train station with excellent shopping). Peaceful and relaxed.

The Grey Room - Quiet Boutique Double

The Grey Room is on the 2nd floor so very quiet. You have access to the family bathroom on the 1st floor and seperate additional WC. The lounge is not for guests however feel free to swing by for a cuppa/chat. You can help yourself to tea & coffee and prep basic breakfast/food just let us know. We are around a 7 min walk to Bournville station & New Street is 12 mins away from there by train. Birmingham University is 2 stops on the train. Stirchley is also worth a visit, super cool.

Spacious private ensuite room in Bournville

Private, spacious and comfortable room with ensuite bathroom. Conveniently situated: - Bus 11 to Queen Elizabeth Hospital/ Kings Heath - 5 mins walk to Bournville train station (2 stops from Birmingham University, 5 stop from Birmingham New Street), - 5 mins walk to Cadbury World - 2 mins walk to local shops and buses to Birmingham city centre (45, 47) and Solihull (49). Parking is free on our road, however it can be a very busy area, we cannot guarantee parking outside the house.

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

The Garden Room Bournville

The Garden Room is situated in historic Bournville, home to Cadburys. It offers self-contained accommodation comprising a double bed, seating area, kitchenette, en-suite shower room, free wifi, smart TV, outside table and chairs, and parking. The Garden Room is ideally situated for Cadbury World, Birmingham University, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Edgbaston Cricket Ground, The Bullring shopping centre and so much more.

Quiet and sunny room in Bournville

The room is in an Edwardian House in Bournville next to a large park. Located in a historical suburb with green spaces a plenty, it also offers great access to the city centre (12 mins by train). Ideally located for Birmingham University, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Midlands Art Centre, and Cadbury World The room is at the back of our home and very peaceful.
