Hamza is a very friendly host who was responsive to all of our inquiries. The place is within walking distance of the beach. I definitely recommend it for families looking for a great private stay.

We stayed here one night before our flight back home and it was perfect. The apartment was clean, the area was nice-next to many nice restaurants, and only 30 min walk from Hassan Mosque. Would recommend staying here. Just be mindful that the residence does have multiple condos. So just make sure you are walking into the right one. The host provides instructions prior to check in.

We had a great time in this lovely home, with our son and his friends. The kids enjoyed the pool, the outdoor lounge on the porch, the ping pong table and the panoramic room upstairs. We particularly appreciated the calm and the surrounding nature (we met the falcon that nests in one of the hollow trees in the garden). Mohamed Ali was very responsive, accommodating and welcoming. He was proactive in asking us what we would need, and everything was there when we arrived. Mustapha, the caretaker, met us on arrival. He remained available throughout to answer our questions and help us if needed. We will be back with great pleasure, with family or friends.

Mostapha and Karim are among the best hosts I've ever met! A high-class VIP welcome, but with simplicity and kindness. Mostapha is very caring, hyper-attentive, and we feel that he does everything to make the stay pleasant. Mine was perfect, because the apartment is a concentration of comfort, and even luxury. Nothing has been forgotten, and this attention to detail shows that we have really thought about the visitor. The apartment is just the right size, and the space has been perfectly optimized. The high-speed connection is ideal for working remotely. Perfect for one person, the apartment will also delight couples, who may want to "cocoon" more than visit the city, as it is so comfortable. Everything is super clean and the equipment is very complete. For outings, the street is very lively until the small hours, but if the noise bothers you, the double glazing quickly brings calm. The studio is ideally located, a short walk to the sea — a real pleasure to be able to get there in a few minutes on foot. The accommodation is very well equipped, clean and offers all the comforts you need to feel at home. In addition, transportation is easily accessible, making it easy to get around the area. Convenient location near Casablanca airport (taxi is necessary). Easy communication with host, who was able to recommend a taxi service for early flight.
