Please note: We require guests to book the total amount of persons staying as we charge per-guest. We do not have a TV and our home is not suitable for unsupervised young children. Between Whitwell’s Delight and Bowers Beach Road, across from the old Tuthill Brothers Farm, we have a quiet space that is perfect for up to eight people to feel at home; great for couples or a tight-knit group of friends or family. We also have records, board games and puzzles to enhance the feeling of a cozy stay.

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

We are 5 mins from Highway 1 and located 15 mins from DE Sports Complex 10 mins from Highway 13 (Dupont Ave) Near the mall, casino, racetrack, shopping, and many restaurants. Killens Pond State Park is a 10 min drive. Harrington Casino the Del. State Fair is 15 mins from us.

This centrally located, clean, 2nd floor apartment in our home is the perfect place to rest. Features very large bedroom with a new king bed with a hybrid mattress, and spacious living room with a queen size pull out couch. Well equipped kitchen with toaster oven, electric skillet, countertop burner, microwave, and coffee makers. Only 3 mi. to DE Turf, 15 mi. to Dover, and 30 mi. to the beaches! There are open stairs, so not appropriate for small children. Well-behaved pets welcome.

Such a cute place. Excellent amenities, very clean, easy to access, close to plenty of restaurants and was perfect for accessing the DE Turf Sports complex where my son was competing in a lacrosse tournament.

Ken and Lana's beach cottage was adorable, filled with gorgeous artwork and unique beach finds, and even better in person than it looks in the photos! We did plenty of walks along the beach, which was mostly empty and very peaceful. I loved that we could sit in bed or on the couch and see out over the ocean. I didn't realize that there were no curtains/shades so if you're not a morning person - be sure to bring an eye mask to sleep with as the sunrise is extremely bright starting around 5am! It was easy to get to and only a quick 15-20 minute drive into downtown Dover. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and Serene location. A fancy hotel room is not our style. This private little get away was exactly what we needed; a place to crash while visiting children and grandchildren. Hosts were super responsive and the place was peaceful.

Had a great stay at Vinnie’s place. Very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole stay. Place was beautiful and relaxing. Brought our dog with and he loved walking on the beach. If you’re looking for quiet, but the ability to go down to Lewes or Rehoboth on a short drive this is the place! We will definitely be back!

Very nice trailer. Host did a great job with this air-stream trailer. Lots of room in main part, very nice kitchen area, had burners, air fryer, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee maker. The only thing that was inconvenient was the small size of bathroom and shower. Host did a great job on it but was tight which is to be expected. AC worked great, host had helpful list of local restaurants and attractions which was nice. Bed was very comfortable. It was nicer than most hotels I have stayed at. Very clean. The fireplace, wood and chairs were a nice touch. Would have used by rained most of our stay. Overall were very happy and would do again.
