House on the edge of the Jaguari reservoir between Bragança Paulista and Piracaia, near São Paulo. Spectacular view of the reservoir and mountains. It has a swimming pool, soccer field, barbecue area. Spacious house with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites. Great for fishing and water sports. House for up to 10 guests, 8 in beds, and 2 on mattresses. Bed linen/towels must be brought. Up to two small pets allowed and sound until 10 p.m. Asphalt access, with only the street of the property being unpaved.

Contemporary-style Stone House is located on a farm on the edge of a dam. Charming decor, 2 suites, open kitchen, eco-friendly fireplace, terrace with barbecue, table and living room with sofa. One of the bathrooms is glazed, opens onto a small garden and has an individual wooden hot tub. Beach tennis, stand-up paddleboards, 4 kayaks and 4 bikes. Pier on the dam, beach on one of the lakes, hammock area, fire pit, shower, waterfall, trails, reforestation, outdoor tables. Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Alexa.
