We have no electricity but but we have a solar photovoltaic system. We have no running water, no bathroom, but we have a composting toilet and a shared shower so you can feel closer to nature. Discover a unique tiny house, created for privacy and relaxation. The space is managed very efficiently, and the interior is created manually, with recycled materials. The house is automatically heated with wood pellets and real flame. Upstairs you will discover the toilet and separate shower cabin. Beware of the three vertical steps, they can be difficult for people with reduced mobility! Please do not use electrical appliances with a power greater than 1000W! The house is adult-only.

The house is located in the old center of Brasov, in a quiet neighborhood but also very close to the well-known attractions of the city. 📌 You have to walk 7 min to the center. The property has a private garden with a quiet place to enjoy the coffee while looking over Tampa and also a place to make barbecue. 🚗 FREE PARKING You can park the car in the private garden. as the street is quite narrow, I recommend entering by the back of the car.
