This room is perfect for a short stay, job interviews and visiting family and friends in Wilmington; walkable to downtown Wilmington offices & businesses. You'll notice this room is small and has just a twin bed. I also offer two larger rooms on this site (purple and yellow). Bathroom may be shared. Cleanliness is a priority for me. Free & easy parking on weekdays is possible. I LIVE HERE. Absolutely no check-ins after 9:30pm.
