Connie’s place was great! Looked just like the photos. The house was clean and in a great area. Nice and friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the community beaches that are super close, clean and dog friendly. It was a prefect weekend trip. We would book here again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The layout was perfect for spending quality time together while still giving everyone space to unwind. Private beach access made it even more special—we made great memories, met some lovely neighbors, and even had a chance to paddle board and spot a stingray! Huge shout-out to Leigh, our amazing host—so thoughtful, responsive, and kind. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our experience at the Wizards Escape was amazing! Nate, our host, was the best. He checked in to make sure that we were getting the best experience out of the house. The atmosphere is unreal! We really felt we were at Hogwarts Castle. The bedrooms are so full of detail. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine. The Great Hall is magical! The escape rooms.. fantastic. We only stayed 2 days but tried to get in all the activities that were available. We played quidditch golf, did escape rooms, had a scavenger hunt, made great meals in the Weasley's kitchen. We had dinner in the Great Hall under the levitating candles while listening to the Harry Potter music in the background. This house is a home to be experienced. We are definitely coming back!

Clare and Chris could not be nicer and easier to work with. My family/friends have been getting together since 1994 and have been to many great Airbnb's and VRBO's. My group could not stop telling me how great of a week we had. The primary features that were import to us which the house scored big are as follows: It has a dock (we arrived via boat), The kitchen is big, laid out for many "Cooks", The kitchen was open to the dining room table, The dining room table is open to the sitting areas, The pool was clean and inviting, The fire pit with seasoned firewood was a big hit for our group, All the beds were comfortable, The bedrooms were large and comfortable, The baths were clean, modern & large and The location to "What to do in Cambridge" is only 7-10 miles away. We made prearrangements: Richardson Maritime Museum to have a guided tour with David Williams on Friday and Spocott Windmill with George Radcliff. Both of these tours were fascinating. Our weekend was 5-Stars.

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! We had family travel in from several states, and everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed the spacious layout. It was a bit too chilly to use the pool, but I’m already looking forward to booking this home again. I’ll definitely be a repeat renter!

I recently hosted my wedding at Rousby Hall, and it was truly the most unforgettable experience. The grounds are absolutely stunning — from the waterfront views to the beautifully maintained gardens, every corner felt like a dream. The historic home itself is full of charm and elegance, offering the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and celebration. Polly, the host, went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, which made planning feel effortless. Her knowledge of the property and attention to detail ensured everything went smoothly. I can’t imagine a more perfect venue or a better person to work with. Rousby Hall gave us memories that will last a lifetime, and we’re already talking about returning for future celebrations. If you’re considering this venue — do it! You will not regret it.

Very, very clean and spacious. Adrian sent very clear check-in directions and responded promptly to communications. He also provided a thorough guest manual. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The space was more comfortable than in pictures and the gym equipment seemed very nice. We were very happy with our stay.

The apartment was a gorgeous little place. This was my first experience in a basement apartment. It felt and looked brand new. If you have problems with stairs or are claustrophobic, and have never stayed in a basement, this may not be for you. The ceilings are low. The noise from the AC unit was loud, when it came on. Other than that, this was perfect for a quick visit to the area, for me and my husband. The place was perfectly appointed. It had everything, plus some, you would find in an upscale hotel suite. And I will say, for sure, it’s was very secure. I liked the setup.

The house was wonderful from the front to the inviting backyard it was perfect. My grandson saw the bathroom and said this house is luxurious and he’s only 7!!! It was lovely and the robes were a great touch. Cannot say enough about the house!

Marcus, we really appreciate you making us feel at home. It was very comfortable and relaxing, great location. Beds were comfortable, felt like home away from home, alot of room to entertain the family, even enjoyed the downstairs with the pool table.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this perfect River House. The place was warm and comforting, with some of the most amazing views you can find. We arrived shortly after check in time, and easily let ourselves in with the lock box code & key. Everything inside looked just like the pictures, and we weren't disappointed! If you're looking for some beautiful river views, right on the water, with your own private water access and dock, this is the place for you. We were in town for a wedding a few houses down, and this place couldn't have been any better for us. We were able to walk to & from, which was a huge bonus for after the reception...Cheers :) We enjoyed eating out a couple times in town, and really liked Brick Wood Fired Bistro & Traders Seafood Steak & Ale. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful river stay, and will surely return someday in the future! Thanks for your hospitality!

We just had the most incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb on the river! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. You can tell so much care went into every detail. The peaceful river view made it even more special, and it was the perfect spot for our family trip. I really enjoyed my stay! He’s super friendly and responded quick anytime I needed help finding something in the home. The house is so beautifully decorated very high tech as well which made me love it even more. You can dim the lights, there’s a control to put the curtains down, controls to move the tvs down as well, overall very modern, cute and was everything he described. 5 stars! I had absolutely no issues with this say whatsoever and I’ll definitely be booking again. I totally recommend for anyone who’s unsure, just book it it’s so worth it.

This was the perfect accommodations for my extended family. The home is spacious yet cozy, with plenty of room for everyone. We had children with us as well, so the games were a wonderful touch. The backyard is beautiful too. Thank you for a lovely visit!
