Charming 65 m2 single-storey accommodation in a house divided into two apartments. The house is located in a small atypical village of Touraine with local shops within a 2-minute walk (bar/restaurant, bakery, grocery store, etc.) This house with cocooning tones is located 20 minutes from Châtellerault, 10 minutes from Richelieu, 30 minutes from Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Chinon, 35 minutes from Center Parcs, 35 minutes from the spa town of La Roche-Posay, close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

The cottage, a ground floor house of 38m2 overlooks a private terrace with plancha and garden furniture, a view of the garden and the pool 12x5m, heated from May to September. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine) overlooking the living room and dining area. Connected flat screen. Separate toilet, bedroom with flat screen, 160x200 bed. Relaxation area: sauna and jacuzzi Views of the garden and pool of all rooms. Wifi.

Come and discover a unique experience in a natural area, in the heart of the historical sites of Touraine and its vineyards.
