Great experience from start to finish! Host Guilherme helped us by facilitating our check-in and checkout. With kindness and cordiality, he also gave us tips about the city and was available to answer our questions about the house! The atmosphere of the house, perfect! Everything is properly arranged, organized and clean! We were in a group of 6 people and the house accommodated us very well! The architecture of the place left everyone in my group enchanted. It felt like we were in a movie house! Beautiful! The location is very good, close to the main avenue of Monte Verde. We are so grateful, and we definitely want to come back!

One of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. The house needs no comment, impeccable, super spacious, wonderful rooms and with all the accessories available, in addition to the bathrooms being super new. The outdoor area looks like a ranch in the middle of the city, super clean and beautiful pool, excellent barbecue area, TV in virtually every room of the house. The garage fits 4 normal-sized vehicles. Communication with Juliana was excellent, always responding very quickly and super proactive for any kind of assistance. We went with 15 people and everyone fell completely in love with the house. I highly recommend it to everyone and whenever I return to Aparecida I will use this accommodation. An amazing trip.

We stayed in this chalet for the weekend and have only compliments! The place is simply wonderful: everything very clean, organized and careful in the smallest detail. The view is breathtaking, perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. The host was extremely polite, considerate and welcoming, which made all the difference in the experience. From the time of booking until check-out, everything was done with a lot of lightness and sympathy. Without a doubt, I recommend with closed eyes for those who seek tranquility, comfort and a special corner to renew the energy. We want to go back now!

Henrique's house is even better than it looks in the photos. The house is beautiful, the garden even more beautiful. The bed and bath linens are extremely good and comfortable. The shower is very hot and with plenty of water. The space was clean and like the photos. The Wifi worked well, we even managed to work. We don't use the TV, but it has an HDMI to connect to the computer. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked a lot and it was super nice. Henrique was super attentive and responded quickly. The location is very close to incredible places to visit, away from the hustle and bustle of Capivari, such as Horto Florestal, Lagoinha Park, Hípica Golf and many good restaurants. We had very cold days, so we kept the fireplace on almost all the time, the caretaker was super kind to come one day to give us tips on how to light the fireplace and fire more easily. They were beautiful days and we would definitely come back in other seasons!

Andrea's house is perfect. Everything is very beautiful, new and tasteful, from the furniture, decoration and bedding. A beautiful and extremely well-kept garden. I have stayed in the region several times, and without a doubt, this was by far the best I have stayed with my family. Marco and Andrea were very helpful and kind.

The house is very well-equipped and comfortable. It matches the photos. The access road has a small stretch of dirt in excellent condition. It's close to city center. Inside the property, there are trails and a beautiful waterfall. The house is all surrounded by a deck, with a beautiful view of the forest, where we could have breakfast. I intend to return!!

What a wonderful place!! The view is breathtaking and the house is very cozy! The beds are very soft, with great bed and bath linens. Super-equipped kitchen for cooking anything (I recommend that you do so, as the city is very quiet and has few options for places to eat). The bathtub is a show in itself, nothing like taking a long bath while enjoying the wonderful view of the place. Access to the property is via a dirt road, but everything is well signposted and easy to reach with any type of car, as the road is very well maintained. Vivian sent several videos so there would be no mistakes when she arrived, and it was super easy. Throughout the stay, she was super helpful and promptly helped us with everything we needed! I highly recommend the stay and would definitely stay here again!

We decided to spend the weekend and celebrate my wife's birthday at Fernando's Airbnb, and it was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had with Airbnb. I travel the world frequently, and yet this place went straight to my top 3 best accommodations to relax and enjoy with the family. From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Camila and her husband, who are incredible people and made all the difference in our stay. We started the days with a delicious breakfast prepared by them and, throughout the time, we had attentive support for any questions or needs. Despite the cold and rainy weather, the pool heated to 36 degrees was a perfect invitation to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend it to everyone who has the opportunity

The place is simply sensational. Every time we opened the curtain and saw that landscape, we were impressed. Vinícius was extremely polite and attentive, making everything easier for our stay to be perfect. The chalet had everything we needed, including the necessary items to make a fire. The house exceeded our expectations!! It was definitely one of the best houses we've enjoyed on Airbnb. The description of the house is perfect, well equipped and very cozy. The hostess Mr. José Benedito welcomed us very well and communication with the co-host Camila was always very fast. It was a great weekend we spent with our friends in this house.

It was an experience from start to finish. My goal was to find peace, quiet and nature. I went on vacation and wanted to isolate myself from society lol and I did it! The chalet is a show apart! Impeccably clean, charming, all very tasteful. I slept in the living room to wake up and sleep watching nature. Wow, what peace! Alexandre was very helpful, he cleared up all my doubts. A very dear host! To get to the chalet, I had the support of Cris and Fernando, from Rota da Serra Turismo, with the 4x4. In fact, you can't get there by ordinary car. And they're sweethearts! Super attentive. I'll just say one thing: are you having doubts between this cottage and another? Choose this one! You won't regret it. I'll be back!

I found it very cozy, the couple welcomed us very well and gave us many tips on places to visit in the surroundings. It is a few minutes from the village of Capivari. The place has impeccable beauty, the yard is beautiful. We love it!

The cabin is perfect. The view is sensational. Very hot water with great pressure. Everything was super clean, there's everything in the kitchen. It has a lot of privacy, the chalet is well insulated from the cold. The check in was super smooth and the chalet is not super isolated, it's just right! We love it! Ahh, and the cake that Gleice left was delicious, a lot of affection!!

The casita is a delight. Great location and easy to access. Wonderful view (the best I've seen in SFX so far). Well-decorated, clean and cozy space Very comfortable bedding, mattress and pillows. Communication was very easy with Alejandro and the housekeeper, who was very helpful and kindly gave us avocados and lemons "from the tree". Thank you very much and we will definitely be back :)
