The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request). Living in the countryside

A beautiful 120 sqm apartment in a quiet location is rented. Neukirchen is 10 minutes by car from Braunau and 40 minutes from Salzburg. There are two inns, a bakery and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Small apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is in a quiet location and yet very central. Mattighofen train station is a 12-minute walk away. Salzburg is approx. 45 minutes away by car, Braunau am Inn approx. 20 minutes. Doctors, shops and cultural facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. According to § 47 Abs. 2 of the OÖ-Tourism Act 2018, a local tax of € 2.40 per person per night is charged, which is already included in the price. This amount is paid to the municipality.

Wi-Fi throughout the house and extra cable at the desk for a stable internet access e.g. for remote work.
