Looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city? This cozy 30 foot stationary trailer on 6+ acres of land is a perfect opportunity. My personal RV that I use mainly as a vacation spot to connect with nature. Will have access to the whole property, except the agricultural areas and other RV Pads. At times, I do access the property to work on agricultural projects. Close to multiple chemical plants, San Bernard public boat ramp, and the beach. No smoking inside RV. No TV or Wifi.

A historic classic RV keeps in open yard for living .It’s been installed two new split air conditioners, electric water heater, refrigerator and induction cooker. It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life. Stay in our RV parked/hooked up our Beachfront Resort with private beach access *OR* we can park it for you directly on the beach for you to stay there-your choice. Cold AC, 2 recliners, 3 TVs, exterior security cameras, electric indoor fireplace. Kitchen features: double sinks, fridge/freezer, stove and oven, microwave. Full size bed in bedroom, Table becomes a twin bed, over cab-a full bed. Linens, towels, beach chairs. Also available are golf carts, surf boards and wave runners for rent.

This 2024 Keystone features cozy decor that sleeps 5 with upgraded queen memory foam mattress in bedroom, foldable dinette, and zero gravity recliners. This unit has a built in desk with large window for optimal space to work with great lighting. Perfect for all weather with 2 ACs and a heater and functional fireplace! This unit is stationary in our driveway, for an additional fee, we will deliver and set up the RV at your desired camping location, 2 night minimum.
