We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds. The house had a very cozzy feeling to it. We didn’t had the right plugs for the phone charger and they were nice enough to borrow us 4. On the day of our check out we needed ice to put in the insulin container of my mom and they went above and beyond to get some ice for us, really thankful for that! Overall I would really recommend this place. Location was great too, close by to the beach and restaurants and just 1 hour away from Edinburgh

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous stay at The Broch. The accommodation is immaculate and has everything you need. David was on hand to answer any queries and got back to us immediately when questions asked. The swimming pool was amazing also and our little boy absolutely loved it - fab that you get slots to yourself. The only thing we would suggest was possibly blinds in the living/bedroom area. Because the building is all glass, it’s was uncomfortably warm inside and it was quite difficult to sleep! Minor thing for such a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning with the rest of our family. Highly recommend and well worth the money.

A fabulous lodge on a great site. So comfortable with everything you could want. Beautiful bedding and towels. Great showers. Lovely 5 ring cooker and plenty pits and pans. Tanya was great leading up to the visit making sure we had all the info we needed. Very responsive when we had one or two questions. The only minor issue we had is that there is no terrestial tv due to location. We had to use apps on our phone. Highly recommended.

Fantastic cottage for 2. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Loacation is great with easy walking distance to Centre of town. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The nature surrounding the property was beautiful and peaceful. The house itself was cozy and well equipped. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thats looking for a relaxing nature getaway.

I booked this property at short notice and the reason was because I saw that it had a good location and also a pool for my children to play in the water and that since I had a short time, I saw this as a good space, but the only thing is that the pool cannot be used in cold weather.... But in terms of being large, clean and tidy and having amenities, it is a very suitable place, just because I wanted to go to Edinburgh, which was an hour away. Most importantly, the owner was very kind and polite. He also lived in the property next door and was a very nice person. When we returned, our cat was lost in the garden and he helped us find it with great kindness and patience. I am extremely grateful to him, I recommend that you travel there for rest and accommodation.

Beautifully clean on arrival and wonderful views out from the balcony. Very well equipped and lovely place to stay. Brenda was a very responsive host. Would definitely return

The Stay at Biarritz Holiday Home was peaceful and very comfortable. All ammenities catered for and spotless Great host and lovely surroundings close to St Cyrus Beach and National Nature Reserve.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. What a lovely fantastic place to stay. Everything was clean, tidy and you didn't need for anything as there is lots of extra items available for you. Little things like washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. We even had fresh eggs delivered each morning. The kitchen is wonderful, there is everything you need. Beautifully clean and kept well. The jacuzzi bath is special. The beds were comfortable and clean..Electric windows and blinds, a lovely touch and all easy to use. The games outside, tennis, football, basketball was great, and the grounds to walk in are an additional godsend if you have a dog. The hottub outside was clean, tidy and comfortable with such a lovely feel, being surrounded by fields. The grounds were quiet, spotless and it just felt like home the minute we arrived. We had a late check in as we got there late as our car broke down. But Alan stayed up to make sure we got in safely. 100% highly recommended.

A very very last minute booking and my god, was it worth it! We booked around 1pm, Rhona was very responsive and very quick to have the house and hot tub ready for us to arrive around 7pm the same day. The house and grounds are absolutely immaculate, clean, tidy and very very well looked after. Rhona also left our 2 spaniels a whole box of goodies and essentials (bowls, towels, blankets, treats, balls and poo bags), as well as fresh water ready for their arrival. The robes and little extras Rhona offers make you feel very well looked after. We will absolutely be back if you’ll have us, we loved every single minute and didn’t want to leave. The local areas are also worth a visit!

We absolutely loved this place! I can’t recommend it enough. Modern, beautifully decorated and smelled so clean and fresh from the moment we entered. The beds were extremely comfortable. You know when the linens are white, they are super clean. There are two fantastic bathrooms with plenty of space to store toiletries. One is in the master with a nice bathtub. The other is in the hall across from the second large bedroom. It has a modern shower. Both bathrooms were very clean. The views from this place were fabulous. We loved the wood burning fireplace. We played four round of golf in St. Andrew’s. You are about 15 minutes away so you would need a car. Very spacious. Washing machine and dryer were top notch. The kitchen is spacious, clean and beautiful. Lots of room. We were two couples and all four of us give this our highest ratings. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family. :)

Absolute gem of a cottage ! Everything was as described .. clean / well equipped / comfortable. Best of all … the location is outstanding … stunning views / plenty of walks / plenty places to visit nearby … highly recommend Lunan bay / Montrose beach / Arbroath cliff trail . It was great to meet the lovely owners … and correspondence with agency was efficient and friendly . Highly recommend and hope to return .

Beautiful location. House very quirky and cooky which we liked. Neighbours were so very lovely. Loads of places to visit in and around, but carnoustie was nice . Lovely walk up to carnoustie golf course. Train line behind did not bother us a bit it added to the quirkyness, very blues brothers 😂. Would we stay again...... Yes . Your back garden is the beach out little dog did not need her lead . Was so nice to sit there with a cuppa looking at the sea birds and starlings and sparrows in the garden. Thank you Alison xxxx

Enjoyed our stay while visiting Family. Louise’s house was perfect for our needs. Check in/out was hassle free and communication was excellent

We had a wonderful time at Sonia's place. The house and the location were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed sitting round the firepit cooking a barbecue and soaking up the stunning views. We would love to return for another visit at sometime, and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We were looking for a chilled break which also met our dog’s needs. The cottage is in a spectacular location, facing the sea with the coastal path right at the bottom of the garden. You do need a car to access this property which sits at the end of a single track lane, adjacent to the A92. The cottage was spotlessly clean, homely and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. We were very lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the enclosed garden area. The coastal path walk to Johnshaven is very pretty and only takes around 30-40 minutes where there is a pub/restaurant serving great food, excellent cafe..”Hidden treasures” and a lovely gift shop, the Starfish Studio, as well as the harbour. Claire gave us some very useful advice about other dog friendly eating venues around the area including Charlton Farm and Picsnax at St Cyrus nature reserve/beach. St Cyrus beach is stunning and is a must visit. We plan to return soon ..so much to see!

This is the most perfect Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Everything was exceptional. Beautiful space for my group of friends to hang out. Shirley was super accommodating and we loved the experience and we'll definitely coming back for longer.

Spotless house with plenty space. The location was ideal for our needs. You can choose where to shop, either en route or at the local Tesco. The walk along the estuary was brilliant for the cockapoo. He loved it.

Overall superb with hot tub and warm space. Our group suggests accessibility could improve for anyone with a disability eg rails in bathrooms and easier to turn door handles and easier access for the hot tub. Could be clearer instructions for the aga stove and perhaps an extra easier cooker as we were all cooks! We couldn’t get the tv to work though it didn’t matter to us too much. Perhaps the table football could be moved out of the kitchen and done easy chairs put in as the kitchen is the most attractive room to be in! Having said all that we loved it and its accessibility to walking and cycling routes and want to return next year!

Thoroughly enjoyed! Comfort level excellent (especially bedroom). Cottage included everything you’d require for relaxing/cooking and having made the most of our week’s stay we appreciated a home from home to return to. I’d recommend Auchterarder and surrounding areas, and Dunsmore was just perfect. Credit to owners.

The Balcarres East Lodge was exactly what we had in mind for our honeymoon and we had the most magical week there. Of course, a week of nothing but sunshine helped, but the lodge was exactly what we hoped for to take advantage of such nice weather. Private and secluded, yet just a couple of minutes from a town with the essential amenities. A few more minutes and you’ve got the beautiful Fife coast walk, some castle ruins, farm shops, trendy cafes… for somewhere that feels so secluded, you’ve got a lot on your doorstep. The place itself was perfect - lovely furnishings and it was all very clean and tidy. A couple of strange omissions like a lighter or matches, a dish cloth and a pair of scissors - none a big deal and we just bought what we needed, but did seem strange given how well-appointed the place was. Overall, we loved our stay and we were very sad to leave. We’ll just have to come back for our first anniversary!

We booked as a wee catch up/birthday and honestly it was lush, the farm is really stunning and the walks are just so peaceful. The property was spotless, looks amazing and you feel right at home from your first step in the door. The back garden is great if you have a dog (Fully fenced in) so we felt really relaxed knowing she wasn’t able to run off or anything. It is also walkable from Kinghorn station if you are okay with a country road still, obviously that’s not for everyone but we didn’t bring a car and it was fine! It was the calming chill vibes we wanted for our wee trip and it’s exactly what we got! We are planning our next stay already.
