The basement apartment is located in a very central quiet location of the Old New Town of Bremen. Consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, kitchen and shower room. It is fully equipped. Wi-Fi, towels, bed linens available and everything included. You will live on an island in the middle of the city between the Weserarm and Lake Werdersee. The city of Bremen is only about 8 minutes. The nearest supermarkets ALDI and REWE are 750 meters from the apartment.

Vacation on the Weserdeich in Bremen

Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows you have a beautiful view of the countryside or on the dike and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (about 8000m2). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is carefully renovated by us with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything in Bremen from this centrally located place. The city center, Schlachte, the Town Musicians, the Roland, the town hall and Lake Werdersee are within minutes walking distance. This apartment has 1 bedroom, balconies, bathroom, a spacious sofa bed, a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, oven and fridge. In the living room, there is a flatscreen TV. Towels and linens are provided in the apartment.

An entire apartment is rented in the front of the Überseestadt. It is all set up as new. This duplex is located close to the city in the Bremen-Findorff district and is a self-contained apartment in a representative detached house with balcony. The apartment is completely newly refurbished and is located on two levels. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. They can also booked for a small fee.

Our little place offers everything necessary to ensure a nice stay. In the evening you can enjoy the evening sun on the balcony overlooking the Geeste. The apartment is located in a larger residential complex, but still offers the tranquility you need. The very good location offers a very good starting point for your excursions.
