Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Altbremer Hauses aus dem Jahr 1895. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2021/2022 von Grund auf neu errichtet und befindet sich im neuwertigem Zustand.

Helle Ferienwohnung im 2. OG/Dachgeschoß in zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Auch die Innenstadt und das Bremer "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) lassen sich gut erreichen. Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen erreichen Sie in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Katze wohnt unten im Haus. Es gibt Internet mit WLAN Zugang ! Jedoch kein super schnelles Glasfaserkabel ! Hier im Centrum nicht wählbar!

Im Zimmer steht ein gemütliches, großes Doppelbett ( 180x200 ), ein Essplatz , zwei Sessel zum Entspannen, eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank und ein schönes neues Bad. Unser Haus liegt zentral, in 5 min erreicht man die City, über die kleine Brücke im Park, mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
