I stayed nearly 3 month at Beatriz place and it was great! Very quite (which is really difficult to find in Lima), clean, comfortable bed, stable internet connection, close to a beautiful parc., security 24/7 in the building, ... Beatriz was very helpful and the communication was very easy. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay there again!

The place was the same as the pictures. The location is quite good with a shopping center practically a few blocks away. The place is quiet and safe. Luis was quite flexible with our situation and quite communicative with instructions for everything we needed. Unfortunately, during our stay, they were doing construction on the highway, so it was a bit noisy at night and especially in the morning, but it didn't seem like it would take long. Thank you very much for everything!

I was 3 months and they were always on the lookout if I needed anything. Felipe is great as a manager always willing to help. The area is very quiet and safe, there are many parks to meet and restaurants. Recommended.!

The apartment is top-notch. The A/C is what made a huge difference as it is the only way to control mold/must in humid Lima. It is very well supplied with appliances and basic kitchen spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The view out all windows is beautiful. The location is convenient to all tourist places (some on foot and others via taxi). Lots of great restaurants nearby and a small market next door. All concierges were very polite and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.
