Beach house holiday rentals in Brewers Bay

The place is beautiful. The views are breathtaking and the apartment is very well equipped. Not easy to find at night the first time around, but Sonny was extremely helpful to get us there and for everything else that we needed during our stay. It was great to have Sonny to help us with any questions we had. The access to the beach can be challenging for seniors or those with disabilities. It is great to have the Sugarcane restaurant nearby. The food is very good and the service extremely kind. Finally, I'd recommend to place in advance an order for groceries and booze with Riteway. In our case, it was delivered from Tortola before our arrival date and it made our stay much easier.

10 out of 10, not only was the place amazing, but K was the best host. She checked in with us and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. K was super accommodating as well. The views were absolutely stunning! One of the best sunrises I’ve ever witness, and the cool thing was, you didn’t have to go anywhere to see it, you literally just walked out on the balcony and there it was. Place was extremely clean and well organized, pool in the back is perfect for a relax and chill kind of day. The location is on the north end of the island, you can walk to the local market, we would get groceries there. We went to Sib’s, bar/restaurant close by, one of the oldest restaurants on the island I believe. The food was great! If you want a super private, check out for a couple of days, to rest and relax, this is your place. Do not hesitate, go ahead and book it. Thanks again to K for being the best host and allowing Sami and I to stay at your place. We will be back for sure!

Water Island was absolutely beautiful! Our stay was amazing—even when we ran into island-related issues like a power outage, both Isla and Erin were quick to jump in and get everything up and running again, even over Easter weekend! This was our first time visiting the islands for my birthday trip, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was stunning, with the best views! Haze was an angel—such a sweet boy who kept us company while we missed our own cats. We’ve already decided to make this a yearly tradition and plan to stay at Isla’s for many years to come. We absolutely loved this place—it was the perfect getaway!

La Sirena is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The location is private which was perfect for us. Eileen was helpful and answered all of my questions! Few tips she had was to rent a car from St. Thomas, get groceries in St. Thomas (very important if you want variety and to save some money), local beach recommendations, etc! Definitely recommend future guests to follow those tips! The kitchen was stocked with most things a person needs to cook with. La Sirena had storage containers for left overs, a toaster, a blender, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, microwave, grill & grill utensils, coolers for the beach, ice packs, etc! WiFi was great! AT&T did get service at the house, but I did loose reception on the way to the house. The Salt Pond Beach was our favorite place to go! It was absolutely beautiful and the crowd was few (especially compared to the North side). I’m confident anyone would find La Sirena as an awesome place to relax and enjoy the island!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. The view over the ocean is spectacular and we ate outside on the deck almost every night admiring the sunset and then the stars. The small pool was refreshing. We had ample space for our two teens, each with their own rooms. The house was also very clean and air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. The house could use some maintenance— the outside doors, some stove burners didn’t work, towel rods loose/came down, etc. And perhaps not great choice if you have small kids (deck railing is loosely protective…) or don’t like stairs. But these small issues didn’t detract for us from the pristine views, comfortable rooms, and clean relaxing vibe of the house. And Joanne was always responsive and helpful! Overall the house helped make this a great St Thomas vacation, we looked forward to returning to it each day.

Im just going repeat what has already been said. This property was beyond expectations. The views alone are breathtaking. Its safe and the beds and rooms were all top notch. I will also say...in the event you didn't pack something...Im 99% sure it will be there. From cotton swabs to Games and novels. The book of local things to do, eat and visit is so exhaustive I doubt you will find time to do it all. I could not recommend it more. Book and enjoy your stay!

I had a great trip staying at Cabrita by the Sea! I was provided with many recommendations and had any questions I had answered quickly! The Airbnb was easy and convenient near Red Hook where you can find many restaurants and the ferry to St John. While at St Thomas I would recommend going on a snorkeling trip. Our favorite beaches were Magens Bay and Trunk and Maho (St John)

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at St. John and choosing Ramona and Chris’s place was absolutely perfect. Chris met us when we got our rental car and led us to the Airbnb which was so kind and helpful. He gave us a ton of local recommendations and answered any questions we had throughout the week. The views are absolutely breathtaking and are hard to fully capture on their listing pictures! The AC worked wonderfully and the outdoor shower made things feel extra tropical! The place came with a few cat friends that we thoroughly enjoyed and the stairs were the perfect workout in the morning before the beach. We hope to come back to St. John in the near future and will most definitely be back here if it is just the two of us! Thanks for making our trip so memorable with a wonderful home for the week!!

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and private this home was considering its proximity to restaurants and the main thoroughfare in Coral Bay! It was so convenient for us to get to all the beaches we love to snorkel at AND the very best dinners were at Sharky’s right outside our front gate!! So we did not have to drive to dinner most nights!! We could walk to Crabby’s, practically next door for snorkel rentals. There is also a small market right behind Crabby’s. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately as Jose was living on the premises. We only saw him when we needed help with something. Only concern for Seniors is the winding stairwell to go upstairs to bedrooms and main bathroom. Fortunately, there is a first floor bathroom and shower we also really appreciated being Seniors ourselves!! We LOVED the screened porch surrounding the home and the small pool was refreshing after a snorkel. There is a hose for cleaning sand off everything by the pool.

CalypsoBlu was an absolutely beautiful home and Justin and his team were fantastic! The home was clean and complete with all the listed amenities. The team was helpful and responsive, giving us plenty of information and great recommendations before we even arrived on the USVI! They were also extremely quick to respond when we had questions during the trip. We cannot recommend this place more!

We loved our stay at the Yellow Flamingo. we traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids the size of adults(14 and 12). Honestly, I was very pleased with the condo. Based on the pictures and previous experiences with smaller rentals, I was afraid we were going to be cramped or the kids bed was going to be too small. I was pleasantly surprised they had enough room to share the sofa and we had enough room to maneuver around each other. We were very pleased with the location too it was a quick scenic drive to any of the main beaches. The view from the pool was great! The pool had a ledge to sit and was about 6 ft deep in the middle. The kids were slightly disappointed they couldn't touch bottom. This was the only complaint from them and it didn't matter because they got their water fix at the beach. The kitchen setup was great because we were able to fix quick dinners easily. Our host could not have done anything more to make our stay better.

Had a fabulous time here. You could not ask for a better location, or nicer view! Bob's hospitality was next level. All around 10 out of 10! Thanks for making the trip so nice and special :)

Sea La Vie was the perfect St. Thomas escape. The space is clean, stylish, and peaceful, with a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking at home a breeze. The pool area was a highlight – quiet, with plenty of lounge chairs and an incredible ocean view that we never got tired of. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, and the location made it easy to explore beaches, restaurants, and local spots. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying dinner on the deck, every moment felt like paradise. Highly recommend!

Viewtiful lived up to its name. Sunsets, sunrises, sunny days, cloudy days – each hour brought new delights. We never tired gazing from our mountaintop abode. The house itself is wonderfully equipped and laid out. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook many meals. The living room was comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and also afforded lovely views. And the hot tub and pool were most refreshing. The many guidebooks and maps were quite useful as we planned our island adventure. The joys of the house itself were surpassed only by the friendliness, efficiency, competence, and availability of our host, Mary-Eileen and her ever helpful husband, David. Mary-Eileen met us in Cruz Bay and led us to the house, explained and showed us everything, made great recommendations, and kept in touch and responded quickly to any and all queries we had. She is an exemplary host and truly enhanced our holiday. She made a wonderful trip even better than we could have possibly expected.

The house and property were absolutely incredible. The view was amazing, especially at sunrise where we could see for miles and miles offshore. The location about 10 minutes outside of Coral Bay was perfect with easy access to restaurants and beaches. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great view! very spacious! We enjoyed our stay & would come back again. It can be a little difficult to locate even with instructions, but once located no additional issues getting into the house. You should definitely rent an SUV or Jeep to get around the island and to get up the driveway at the property. Host was very accommodating as we arrived earlier than expected. The local co-host (Donovan) provided some local food options & less busy beach options.

Our stay was amazing. The host provided us with a driver for the duration of our stay and we felt so safe in the home. Very responsive when anything was needed and very friendly. We would definitely stay here when we visit St Thomas again!

This house was perfect! The view off the deck is totally stunning...sunrise, sunset, crystal blue waters, rolling hills of the East End of St John and even a full rainbow one afternoon! We spent a lot of time out there. The house was very comfortable, great big comfy couch, beds were nice and linens great and lots of pillows. The kitchen was very well appointed, big and fun to cook in with the counter and chairs for others to keep you company. The frig is huge and the ice maker was crucial. The laundry room was so convenient downstairs. The location was wonderful--near many amazing beaches and hikes, historic areas and local eateries. Quiet and peaceful but with plenty to do. Overall we LOVED staying here!

We had an amazing time at this property and in St. John! We loved our experience so much, we will likely be back soon! Drew and Bailey were both very helpful, and getting the car through Drew was seamless! Thank you again for helping us have an amazing time in St. John!!

The view is literally breathtaking! It’s even better in person. We were visiting for our honeymoon and it was the perfect little villa! So beautiful that it’s hard to leave. I would definitely stay again!

All the space we needed. Enjoyed meals out on the deck. And slept soundly in the well equipped beds. Great sunrise views and 15-20 minutes from all the snorkeling destinations we wanted to visit. Not far from stores and restaurants. Not as many choices as Cruz bay but a lot more privacy and serenity. What a great time either way family.

This was my initial visit to St. Thomas, VI, and I am truly thankful that we chose this rental. After exploring much of the island, I believe this Air B&B is situated in a safer location compared to many others. It is within a gated community and offers stunning views that are accurately represented in the photos. In fact, it is even more impressive in reality! David proved to be an exceptional and accommodating host, providing us with assistance even after we left. The property was immaculate and matched the description, if not exceeding it. It also offered a sense of privacy.

Horizons Cottage is beautiful, with fantastic views of the sea and an open plan where you see the sea from everywhere in the house. Jennifer sent plenty of information about the house and the neighborhood before we arrived and Dena assisted us with everything we needed after we arrived. There was a minor problem involving the combination lock to the main door not working when we arrived, but Dena quickly sorted that out. In the interest of full disclosure, I should add that the single beds downstairs were small and not terribly comfortable (as opposed to the king bed which was wonderful) and one of us preferred to sleep upstairs on the couch. This wasn't a huge problem since the whole house is extremely breezy and open. The overall stay was exactly what we had hoped for - a beautiful and warm temporary home-away-from-home that we could settle into for a week.

I can honestly say this was the cleanest air bnb rental I have ever stayed in AND It has everything you need: an ice chest, beach chairs, and snorkel gear to borrow. The location was AMAZING. It is pretty much a 5-10 minute walk to anything you would want to check out in Cruz Bay. St. John has some pretty extreme hills as you get further from town, so staying here was perfect. There was always parking right in-front of the building. Thanks for a great place to stay!
