An ideal single-storey house with very large rooms. (Big positive point) Clean with comfortable bedding. The hostess is kind and welcoming and happily advises on sightseeing tips. The early passage of cars near the house would be the weak point. But it doesn't spoil the holidays. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for this house, Catherine.

We took into account previous reviews to make our choice for this accommodation and we were not disappointed. We stayed 4 days to visit Guédelon, St Fargeau, the 7 locks, the canal bridge, Aubigny... The wines of Sancerre and Pouilly... We will surely come back again for our 5th visit to Guédelon. No problem. Claudine is very friendly and caring. Contact is very easy. I highly recommend this listing! I have been to Montargis many times for sporting events and selected accommodations on Air BNB but I must say that Hugues and Marie Pierre's accommodation is for me the best I have been able to test. The place is spacious, clean, warm, modern and very conveniently located! A big thank you for the hospitality, all the information provided to make the stay go smoothly.

The flat was in a great location in the centre of Briare, but quiet. Apartment was as described and we felt at home. Excellent restaurants, Boulangerie and bars close by. Very convenient for Loire a Velo. The hostess was great and even dropped off a fan, as it was exceptionally hot. This was very much appreciated.

Apartment, without any neighbors opposite, matching its description, spacious and very good bedding. Its location is perfect for visiting Orléans without a car. Small but functional bathroom. We will keep this address for a possible visit to Orléans.
