24 E Street is located near the bottom of a cul de sac and has off street parking under a shade sail. The apartment is the ground floor of my home with flat access and no stairs to encounter. There is wheelchair access available through the large two rear doors. The two bedrooms are spacious, and a bath is featured in the main bedroom. The apartment opens onto a rear deck with lounge and dining tables. The kitchen features a commercial style arrangement with 90cm gas hob and electric oven.

Self-contained studio apartment, located separately from our house with a private entrance on a quiet street. Your room has a Queen-size bed with a spacious bathroom, kitchenette, 60" TV, wifi, a meals area, wardrobe, and a ceiling fan, now with air conditioning. Pizza shop and cafe at the end of the street, small walk to bus transport to the city, 5 minutes drive from Prince Charles Hospital, Everton Park Plaza & Stafford City Shopping Centre. Also only 15mins from Brisbane Airport.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
