Holiday rentals with a patio in Bridgetown

Greg and Debbie were wonderful hosts. Debbie picked my Fiancée and I from the airport, showed us round Bridgetown, took us shopping too for a very fair price. We had visa appointments and Debbie took us to the embassy, stayed with us, took us shopping too. Greg's family were also very homely and kind as they helped us print out documents that we had forgotten. We felt very much at home and seemed as though we were being hosted by family members. That's how warm and accommodating they were. I highly recommend Greg's cottage for anyone visiting Barbados. One thing to note is that it's a little bit far from the fun activities, so getting a car is highly recommended.

Very well kept and clean condo. The place is bigger than it looks in the pics. Perfect for 2 people. The balcony was a great option for meals outside. Pool and grounds were well kept. The main road down to beach/boardwalk is a 20 min walk, and parts of it can be tricky as there are no sidewalks. Overall, a great place to stay

One of the best holidays I’ve ever taken - Ocean Blues is simply one of a kind, we lucked out and had the entire villa to ourselves - which was an added bonus for travelling in the shoulder season. The amenities are just as described, but don’t really do it justice - a private little area to swim into the ocean, with a lovely pool oasis on the deck overlooking the vista. It’s truly spectacular! The room is very comfortable and with even better view. It has everything one needs - plush bed, solid shower with pressure and hot water, clean and tidy. The housekeeper Lana was truly an angel and took such great care of us - her hospitality and warmth truly made the experience special and very memorable. Lastly the nearby La Cabane is a must try and swimming over to Batts Rock to soak in the afternoon rays was our highlight. Thank you Justin, we look forward to our next visit! My stay at Melissa's place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The place was impeccably clean, and the thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. She has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. After having a few really nice conversations with Melissa I realized, she set up her place with what she would expect as a guest. I loved the beautiful yard and lighting at night. It made me feel like I'm home.The location is perfect. It's a short walk down the hill to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Melissa was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing me with great local tips and recommendations. I truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend her place to anyone! There are friendly reminder throughout Melissa's place. Respect and follow the rules without creating your own and you will have no problems. Thank you again, Melissa for a perfect stay.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the space was. It was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our experience was the exceptional hospitality. Even though the official check-out time was earlier, Shameika went above and beyond to accommodate us until we were ready for our late flight. Her kindness and flexibility made our stay even more relaxing and stress-free. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place or host. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-appointed stay with top-tier service in Barbados!

It was as described and fit my need for a comfortable place for a weekend in Barbados.

The directions to get to this beautiful Airbnb was very detailed and accurate. If it weren’t for these, I don’t know that we would of found the room on our own. Zharia gave clear instructions! This home was beautiful and had pretty scenery. It’s truly a country setting. Very comfortable and relaxing! We enjoyed our stay here. It’s far away from the airport but we didn’t mind the drive. The home had everything needed with a full kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

I spent 12 nights at Nicole’s apartment. Nicole was a great host. She let me check in early & check out late. She was proactive & offered this without me having to ask, which was really kind. The apartment had everything I needed & more. I didn’t use the oven but it’s there if you need it. The location is great for walking to the beach & St Lawrence Gap area. Oistins is just down the road & the bus stop for buses to Bridgetown & Speightstown is 2 minutes walk. There are also ZR vans to the airport & other places which run frequently along the nearby road. After a busy day’s sightseeing it was great to be able to relax watching shows on Netflix. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe at the apartment. I brought insect spray but I didn’t need it. The windows have mesh to keep out insects. But also in the area around the apartment insects weren’t particularly an issue. The WiFi worked well & the surroundings felt peaceful despite being close to the road. Overall - a great stay!

I have to say, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. I booked with Hazel and Timothy at The Golden Palm for my honeymoon stay and I could not be happier with how my stay went. First, Hazel was so accommodating with my husband and I; Our flight landed early and she allowed us to check in a bit before our check in time. She greeted us so warmly and gave us a tour. She had put together the cutest honeymoon basket filled with goodies for my husband and I to use throughout our stay (sunscreen, face masks, wine and so much more!). The space itself was stunning! Exactly as pictured and the outside area was everything we hoped it would be. Lastly when we checked out Timothy was kind enough to drive us to the airport and he gifted us two absolutely darling mugs that say “The Golden Palm” so we will always have a little piece of our honeymoon with us back in the States! 10/10 host! 10/10 stay! 10/10 experience! You won’t regret booking!

We especially enjoyed the outdoor area — ideal for morning coffee and unwinding after a day of exploring the island. Corey was a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. His hospitality truly made the experience feel personal and memorable. Our stay was absolutely lovely — it felt like a resort experience but with the added flexibility and autonomy that made it even more special. The space was beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. What really set it apart, though, was the host — truly exceptional! So warm, helpful, and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and elevated escape.

Our hosts picked us up from the airport and we were immediately charmed by their warmth which made us feel like family. They even took us shopping for any necessities that we might need. Once we arrived at the home, we fell in love with the place. Not only was the décor lovely, but being a bit of a clean freak... I was very happy to find the home so incredibly clean. Amenities were perfect.. with the hosts thinking of just about everything we would need for our stay. The location was perfect for us, since we rented a car. Driving was a bit of a challenge though..at first.. lol. Beds were super comfortable.. and both room had its own washroom.. which was ideal for us. I cannot say enough of how lovely these hosts were to us. Took us back to the airport for our departure and made sure us and all our luggage were checked in safely. Stayed for 10 days and highly recommend this home and hosts. The only note is that you will need a car to get around.. but hosts have recommendations.

Wonderful house in a local, friendly neighborhood only 10 minutes by bus to the busy tourist hub. The welcome basket was amazing - the personal touch that makes a house a home! The house is roomy and well appointed with AC in the bedrooms and living room. Excellent water pressure for showers, and the outdoor pool was appreciated for cooling off. The small touches and attention to comfort was evident throughout the home. Very comfie beds! Shirrell was immediately responsive any time we needed to reach out, including our sudden early departure back to Canada. We felt supported throughout our stay, knowing our host would assist as/if needed. We used the space a lot, particularly for working while there and the house functions quite well for this. The only drawback and completely outside the host's control are the six dogs next door that do not stop barking, whining, and scrapping for many many hours each day and well into the evening. Thanks again for being amazing Shirrell!!

Eyre's place was surprisingly the most coziest air bnb I've ever stayed in. I literally felt right at home. Home was well stocked with everything I needed. Very peaceful apart from the cocks crowing but they too were not early risers lol. There is a bar right on top of gap where you can relax, listen to music and chill with occasional meals. Ordel, our taxi guy was always ready and available to take us shopping or anywhere we asked to go. I can't say enough about him. He went above and beyond in my eyes. My stay was damn near perfect. The ONLY complaint I have is to tell Erye whoever is responsible for upkeep of the house and cleaning needs to be replaced lol. They are definitely not thorough. Just a few spot checks I would be happy to mention to him personally but it didn't and won't deter me from coming back to Sweet Myrtle. I wish I stayed longer. Thank you Eyre and Ordel for a memorable stay🙂. And yes, I felt comfortable and safe there, no problems.

Staying at Prior Park was a bliss. The property is brand-newly renovated and looks and feels it with lots of impressive gizmos all around. The location is great fit those looking to stay at an affordable price on the west coast. I suggest however having a car handy as there aren’t much in the way of public services and taxis are expensive. Our host was fantastic, always on hand when needed and we can’t thank her enough for making our stay absolutely incredible. Best Airbnb in barbados bar none!

Had lovely 4 nights at Dianne’s apartment, Rockley is ideally located with beach, shops a few minutes walk away. Bit of a drama as lost my wallet and couldn’t get any cash out, we called Dianne and she loaned us cash for the holiday within 30 minutes, very kind and absolute life saver. Beer and food as cheap as you like in Barbados, tip, find the happy hours, if you like a Caribbean party recommend Crystal Waters bar on Sunday afternoon. We love Barbados.

We absolutely loved our stay. This is our second time staying at the home. The pictures you see is exactly what you get. The private rooftop patio is large with view of the ocean. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast there. Also a perfect way to watch the sunset. The location is perfect, walking distance to enterprise beach, supermarket, lots of places to eat and Oisten. Simone was very responsive and attended to any questions we had. We are returning next year to Barbados and will be staying here again.

Clean,Spacious and quickly felt like home away from home.The decor was beautiful and clean.Bed, couches and chairs were comfortable as well.The outdoor patio made for a nice chill spot in the early mornings and daytime.Loved the natural sunlight that came through all the windows and if I needed to cool down the ac being on for a short time cooled down the entire apt. It was a lovely stay and I’d definitely stay again and recommend. Ria is an amazing host who responds not only prompt but with much flexibility and I really appreciated her for that!

Saudia is an amazing host that is responsive, helpful, and proactive. This was the easiest check in and check our process that I have ever experienced through Airbnb. Her beautiful property was everything I could have ever imagined and more. Her recs and attention to detail only elevated the trip.

Shameika place was exactly as listed. Clean and spacious airbnb for two people. It felt very much at home and I would stay again. It was very close to the beach which was across the street and not too far from the airport and other surrounding places. I felt very much like a local there. The supermarket and other shops were a 10 minute walk from the airbnb. The people in Barbados were kind and the neighbors. I am happy to have found this spot. Shameika was kind and responsive when we needed things from her as well. Thanks again!

Fiona was an amazing host. She thought of everything, from the first day to the last day. We really appreciated the fact that she left milk, bread, tea coffee etc. for us. The place was well laid out and perfectly sized for the two of us. It was clean and tidy with plenty of utensils, towels etc. She was also very responsive, not just leading up to the check-in but also during our stay which we particularly appreciated when the water stopped working one morning. When we advised Fiona the water wasn’t working, she immediately called Barbados Water Authority (BWA) and found out what the problem was due - an issue with the main line. This was outside of her control of course but her timely response made all the difference. This was also in a great location that was safe, walkable with well maintained grounds. We would highly recommend Fiona’s place, and Fiona to anyone. Thanks Fiona for having us!

My second time staying here and we definitely will be booking again. No issues at all- my only ask is that there be a full length mirror for us to check ourselves, as the bathroom mirrors are but as tall. Nonetheless that’s a very minor issue compared to the stay we’ve had! 10 10 10. Thank you!
