Moerlandspan Retreat

Nestled in the heart of the Swan Valley, our charming retreat invites you to unwind and explore. Enjoy nearby wineries, restaurants, cheese tastings, and chocolate treats. Villa Sittella has all the features needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Many local activities including walking and biking tracks and popular Lake Leschenaultia. There are beds for 4 people with 2 extra on the sofa bed downstairs if needed. Perfect for a small family group or couple. Private spa area and sauna can be booked at extra cost

Swan Valley Heights - Suffolk Studio

This is a fully self contained private Studio Apartment. It is part of an enormous house which consists of Merino Manor, 3br unit plus Perendale Penthouse, 4br unit. Combined the three units can accomodate 22 guests It has a well set up kitchen with pantry, four element electric stove, good sized fridge and freezer, large comfy lounge and enough crockery and cutlery to cater for up to six people in case you have visitors call in.

Our ‘treehouse’ sits on the ridge in the famous wine region of the Swan Valley, a 45-minute drive from Perth and thirty mins from the airport. Sip champagne from the hot-tub and look down the coastal plains! Views from our 'jetty' look down across the valley to the Coastal Plains, often You will see Kangaroos and other Fauna.
