This apartment is the bottom floor of the Place where I live. It is set up as a self contained unit, with a queen bed in a spacious area, and a kitchen suitable for light cooking. Eating indoor or outdoor in an covered area, with a BBQ. The whole unit has just been newly set up. It offers a comfortable living with a modern separate bathroom, separate place for luggage and shoes. Netflix and U Tube etc... Quiet suburb at 18 klm from CBD Hobart. Cadbury, Mona, parks only few minutes away.

Whether you are looking to just quietly escape or explore the sites Southern Tasmania has to offer, this destination is perfect. This is a cosy 2 bedroom with mighty views. Bedroom 1, has a double bed with outdoor access via sliding glass doors. Lay and absorb the view or watch TV. Bedroom 2 has a king single. Both rooms have plenty of drawer and hanging space. The bathroom is very modern with a large bathtub and hand held shower. All internal doors are internal sliders. Great kitchen.

The cottage is just under 100 square meters with a mezzanine master bedroom and open plan living. It is set among the vines of Charles Reuben Estate in a quiet and secluded area with full kitchen, wood heater and spa. Charles Reuben Estate is also a vineyard, distillery and lavender farm. Our boutique farm products are readily available for purchase - wine, specialty spirits and various lavender items. Tours and visits can be arranged.
