Beautiful place, very easy to check into. Bed was soo comfortable! Kitchen had everything needed to cook and bathroom was nice. Street was lively in the day but to be expected given the area but night time was nice and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend others stay as well. Thank you for a wonderful much needed Staycation.

Lovely air bnb. Justin was great with communicating and letting us extend our check out time by a couple of hours. Location was good but loud when going to sleep on weekends people walking past. Construction was happening next door which we weren’t made aware of so was loud! Workers throwing bricks and tools around.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

I booked the place for a holiday with my parents and kids. The place was so homely and kids friendly! There were many games and toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen had everything we needed. The ambiance was like a beautiful and welcoming family home that all of us very much enjoyed. Thank you Fran for the delightful stay!

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

We had a great stay at Tanglewood, we were visiting family on the area. Lovely place well kitted out very peaceful and tranquil and a good size. Roslyn is lovely and a great host. We would definitely recommend and return

I really enjoyed my 6 week stay here. The balcony was beautiful a lovely view and lots of natural sunlight and great view of the moon and church. Shaheen is an excellent host, I felt very welcome and looked after. The location is great with lots of restaurants and the train station so close. Highly recommend a stay here!

Absolutely loved our 5-day stay at this stunning holiday house! The peacefulness of the surroundings was exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. The breathtaking views from the house were truly spectacular, and we felt so lucky to have experienced them every day. The house itself was beautifully appointed and perfectly suited our needs. We had a wonderful stay at Flower’s beautiful Elwood penthouse with our dog. The apartment was luxurious, spotless, and perfectly located for exploring Melbourne’s Bayside. Flower was incredibly warm and welcoming, greeting us personally and stocking the fridge with thoughtful, delicious goodies. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay feel easy and indulgent. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing base in Elwood.

Great location, so close to cafes and shops, transport and amenities, and it had an off lead dog park just across the road (Kim has some great recommendations for local foodie hotspots and activities). A proper apartment with separate bedroom, definitely well suited for a wide variety of stay lengths, including long stays. Wish i could have stayed there longer.

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! We had a wonderful time staying at Minnie's apartment. Well equipped, comfortable and well located. Of particular note, the beds and bedding were so comfortable. You can really tell that Minnie cares, it is rare that you sleep better at an Airbnb than you do in your own home. Thank you Minnie for putting so much thought and care into making your guests comfortable.

This was a great base to stay while we were in Melbourne to visit our daughter while she had a baby. Whilst the apartment was small it offered all you needed and then some. Janine was a great host and offered some basic pantry items which was perfect after traveling for a snack and breakfast. We really appreciated that. But most of all the fact that we could have our corgi dog with us was really lively. Great park nearby for long walks and dog plays everyday, and a small enclosed backyard was perfect. Parking underneath was also a bonus to have. Overall a great place to stay.
