Welcome to the newest and nicest remodel of Red Pine. This unit was fully remodeled and completed in Summer of 2017. This unit offers quartz counter tops, custom cabinets, a large central island, open floor plan, upgraded appliances, HD TV's, and a true 1.5 bath for your convenience. The newly open floor plan is great for socializing and dining. Unit includes a private patio that includes a table for 4 and new Weber grill. Cozy ski-in/ski-out 1 bedroom condo (with sleeping den) in the heart of Solitude ski resort village (located in Big Cottonwood Canyon). This 800+ square foot condo is one of the largest 1 bedrooms on the property. It's the ideal mountain getaway, with access to the Solitude Club which includes: hot tub, heated swimming pool, workout, game and movie rooms. Within walking distance to four eating/drinking establishments and the best snow on earth! For summer stays, we have added two A/C units.

This location puts you close enough to enjoy all activities while enjoying a peaceful stay in our beautiful condo.

This ground floor studio apartment comes with access to a large Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, and Pickle Ball Courts. Inside the unit there is a Designated Workspace with High Speed WiFi making this a great option for remote workers. There's a full Kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and kitchen essentials. Great location within Draper offering quick access to I-15 and many main key attractions in the area.
