All the amenities are brand new and there are lots of entertainment within the facility such as live events, live music, bars, restaurants, movies and the casino. The location can't be better with the building located in the middle of Brisbane City which means everything you need is within walking distance and public transport is accessible as well. The whole building is brand new!

The place is very close to the City, public transport and family-friendly activities. Great central location with an easy walk to City, SouthBank Parklands, Brisbane river, Cultural Centre, museums and galleries. This studio is located in a secure, well maintained complex. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Although clearly not brand new or in the luxury category, this clean and tidy self contained studio apartment is comfortable and perfectly located.
