Two well-behaved dogs (not puppies) are welcomed at a cost of £30 per dog per stay. Avon Farm is a suitable for family's or quiet groups only. The location is perfect for exploring Bristol as we are in easy walking/bus distance from the Harbour, Ashton Court Estate, Clifton Suspension Bridge, Ashton Gate Stadium as well as many attractions. The Studio is a new conversion offering parking and a very light and airy space with a king size bed, full kitchen and stunning shower room. We can take an extra guest/child on a guest bed if required.

The cottage is within walking distance from Keynsham with lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a trainstation (direct train to Bath and Bristol centre in about 10 minutes).

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

We’re around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. There is a lovely park just around the corner and a thriving independent high street.

My house is full of home from home style and character. I have a pretty garden you can sit in during the warmer months and you are welcome to use all the living areas and kitchen during your stay. This is my family home and it has a lot of charm, expect a good standard of cleanliness and the quirks of an old house but if you want a totally pristine 5-star hotel then this is not for you so please don't book. Located on easy routes between Bristol and Bath.

Our cute little cottage is available in north Bristol. Ideally located for visiting Bristol and Bath. The cottage has undergone a large renovation. The living room has a wonderful floor to ceiling fireplace with wood burner. Perfect for cosy evenings in. The kitchen is modern and fitted with a small table and chairs for breakfast. The upper floor has two bedrooms, and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The bathroom has bath, separate shower wc etc.
