A perfect stay. Kate is a kind and considerate host and her place is peaceful and in a beautiful neighborhood. I enjoyed long walks around the area and the cafes nearby. Having the third floor to myself felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend Kate's place!

Freddy and Lottie are very warm people and you could tell by the way they decorated their place. They were very thoughtful to leave a welcome gift. The kitchen was fully equipped which makes you feel like you're really at home. I stayed here with my wife and daughter but it could easily fit another child/teen. There are many nearby restaurants, but not too near that the noise can be heard from the place. Some of which are Halal which is very convenient for my family. There is a Tesco Express and few other sundry shops within a stone's throw away which makes it easy to get your groceries. The sounds of the bus passing by can be rather off-putting but the pros of staying here outweigh this.

Our stay in Claudia‘s apartment was perfect, we loved her taste of interior design and the high quality of all of the equipments. The area is lovely and her garden is a little paradise! We would have loved to stay longer. We really felt „home“ and it’s been a highlight of our London weekend.

Really enjoyed my stay here! My mom and I felt really at home. The place is so cozy and I loved the artistic touch and all the art around the flat. The place was also really clean and practical. Many places to eat in the market a few minutes away from the flat and easy to access transportation. The hosts left some very helpful recommendations for us which we really appreciated.

Lovely flat and very quick to respond. There is no parking outside the flat, maybe one spot, I spent nearly an hour to find parking, which was a 7 minute walk, which was not ideal, with luggage.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emily’s apartment. It’s clean, comfortable. We gelt right at home. The Tesco supermarket arcross the street is ideal. Brixton underground station is an 8 minute walk away.

Having never visited Streatham before we loved it. There were loads of shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries and cafes. It's served by Streatham Hill Train Station, not a tube. We're mobile so walked the 1.5 miles to Brixton underground. There are several Parkruns all within 2 or 3 miles. The apartment was lovely and welcoming with lots of amenities. Emma was there to greet us and explain things. There were also some little treats. We stayed for 5 nights for my husband’s birthday so had quite a few plans and different outfits to wear. My only niggle was that the travel iron was a pain to use and we had to use it a few times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely return.

It was a top stay in the apartment! Very quiet complex, well secured and with own caretaker. Everything you needed was available and they answered quickly every time if there was a question. We had to pick up the key at a shop in the street with a convenient pick-up system. My husband and I stayed there with a 10-month-old baby and 3 daughters (13,11,8) and had plenty of space. I was able to stay longer with ease. I read reviews about the neighborhood and got a little nervous about the internet. It was a nice multicultural neighborhood where you could eat cozily (cozy restaurants to all fast food restaurants nearby). Also supermarkets that were open until late or night shops. Very easy to reach by metro and a 7-minute walk. My 3 daughters and I only went back by metro at 10:30 pm and walked to the apartment and I didn't feel unsafe for a moment. It remains of course a big city. Would definitely book again if in London.

Had a wonderful stay at this location, and which was incredibly convenient and well-maintained. The host was also incredibly gracious, and responsive.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

I had an amazing time! I would totally recommend this place for every person who’s alone on vacation and wants to explore the city. The hosts were very friendly!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and the main reason was Tessa. She was friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome in her home. And the apartment was lovely -- it's her own place, which means it's cozy and homey, not sterile and pristine like a hotel. There are books on the shelves, items in the kitchen cupboards and a bicycle in the front hall. Everything was clean, the heating worked perfectly (a blessing in 4-degree weather!), the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. I don't know London that well, so I can't speak to the location, but there are plenty of bus stops and metro stations nearby, and my friend and I easily traveled around the city. In terms of the area/neighborhood, it's not exactly picturesque, but I didn't dock any stars because that's hardly the hostess' fault. I just thought I would mention it, although I had absolutely no problem with it. I definitely recommend this place.

The flat is very cozy and the location is perfect. The flat is located in a nice house where the host lives as well and it has everything that you need for a short 2-person stay in London. It's not exactly downtown London, but the area is beautiful and it's easy to get into town from nearby stations. I would actually argue that there is no need to go to central London because the Peckham / New Cross / Nunhead - area in South London is worth a visit. Stephanie was very welcoming and nice and gave us some good recommendations to explore the area. Practical stuff: - The kitchen is small and basic, which is totally fine for a short stay. - Make sure to find the right door when arriving to the flat.

Niclas was super responsive and kind. I ran into him while stepping out and we had a nice chat. We had a few other needs and Niclas and Romano were so accommodating. Place was pristine and very eclectic decor! Overall a great stay.

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. I absolutely loved this location. It was a beautiful space with incredible views of London. Close walk to the underground to take you to central London.

We visited London for 4 days. Kate's apartment is adorable and even more beautiful in real than the pictures. The location is just outside London, but the center is easy to reach by bus and metro. Since it was high temperatures, the bathroom in the beautiful and clean pool just came to us. Communication with Kate is quick and excellent. We'd come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Kate!

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

Maria’s listing was perfect, everything I need was available, the kitchen had all what you need, also the area is fantastic as there are two tube stations near the location that connect you to everything you want to reach, Also Maria and Aiza were very helpful and there quick response was amazing, I had enjoyed my stay, and if I am visiting London again the first place will think about is this listing, Thank you Maria and Aiza for everything.

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

Lisa was a very welcoming.We turned up a little early so Lisa recommended a coffee shop to enable the apartment to be prepared. The apartment was clean and tidy and Lisa provided a few essentials to get us started eg bread/milk. Communication was excellent and we used her recommendations for local pubs eg The Cutty Sark and the visit to Greenwich Park. We were here to attend a concert at the o2 and location for this was good 25/30 mins walk. Overall perfect place for our needs.
