New design apartment near center is newly after big reconstruction and has a nice balcony. The kitchen and bathroom is fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge, kettle. You can find all the tourist attractions, café, restaurants, bar, theaters, Brno lake, cinemas, shops very close to apartment. There are also many convenient trams and bus connections around the area. It is 9 min by tram to the centre and 15 min walking. Grand Prix is 10 minutes by car. You have all privacy what you need.
