An excellent place for its price. Quite minimalistic but has all the necessary features and is particularly suitable for an outgoing person who wants to enjoy the city. I was also happy with the washing machine, which allowed me to survive a week with just hand luggage. In addition, the communication with Johan worked well and he handed me the keys personally on the day of arrival.

Markéta is very pleasant, she explained everything to us. We used the accommodation with the children. I was very pleased that everything was ready (children's dishes, toys, etc.) and it made our stay more pleasant. Beautifully furnished, bright apartment in the city center, but in a quiet part. I would gladly recommend it.

The place was exactly as we expected. Modern, cozy remodeled. The location was very nice, not very far from the center and good connections (at least in my case). Guest pleasant, happy to help :)

This apartment is in a fantastic location and was spotless upon arrival. It has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchenette and air conditioning, which was a relief on hot days. Do note that there’s no elevator, so if mobility is a concern, it might not be ideal. Communication with the management company was good, though sometimes responses took a bit of time. Despite a minor hiccup with the payment system for taxes, the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city. Thanks for having us!

The stay in this apartment was very pleasant and met all our expectations. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and located in a convenient location with good access to the Exhibition Grounds. The accommodation was very pleasant, clean and located in a beautiful, quiet environment. The garden full of greenery gave the place a magical atmosphere and was great for relaxing. I recommend it as accommodation for max. 2 people.

New apartment with amazing view near the city center.

The apartment was clean and ready for our stay. Everything needed was available. The host was helpful and immediately available when we needed anything!

Even though we only stayed there for one day, we really loved Valerian's place. It is very close to the center of Brno but the neighborhood is quiet, so you have everything you need nearby without much noise. The shower is amazing and the Internet works really well.

Paul is great Guy, and really helpfull for all thinks. Location is wonderfull, walking distance of central town and grocery. We have done barbeque every day in a lovely garden where birds are singing.

The apartment is at a walking distance from the main train station and the city center. There is also a tram stop nearby. I enjoyed my stay at Adrian's apartment. Adrian, thank you very much for your hospitality.
