Villa holiday rentals in Broadbeach

Awesome stay here and very central walking distance from beach and the shops. Was a bit much to charge $50 for an early check in but was great communication and simple instructions. Place was safe and homely.

We struck gold with Larraine’s amazing place by the sea on the Gold Coast. Their home was immaculate and had beautiful, quality coastal home furnishings and finishes. We loved everything that Larraine had left for us to utilise, treats, empty wardrobes & drawers to unpack our bags into, bathroom toiletries, kitchen staples and use of their two bikes. We lived our entire week either on the beach, on their balcony overlooking the ocean, or on bikes or foot enjoying the local cafes, pantry’s and gourmet supermarket at Tugun! The location was absolutely perfect. We have found a piece of Gold Coast paradise and are planning our next stay at Larraine’s Bilinga beach home. Thank you. We miss it already.

There’s no place like this. Custom architecture. Thoughtfully designed interior. It truly is an oasis for someone who prioritizes attention to detail and thoughtful design elements. 2 minute walk to the beach. 8 minute walk to a strip of incredible restaurants. Less touristy than Broadbeach. Communication with the host was effortless. A hidden reading nook/attic was a delightful and unexpected cherry on top.

Beautiful and peaceful location with an incredible view. Paul’s home is very well stocked and has everything you need for your stay. The large kitchen makes it easy to cook up a feast for your big groups. Bedrooms and amenities were comfortable (great to have a dog friendly option). Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing home for our 2 families of 10! Fantastic home in an ideal location ~ close to great cafes, restaurants and great beaches. The home was absolutely perfect with lots of added extras including pantry items, cleaning products, coffee pods and beach towels. The kids had an amazing time using the bikes, paddle boards and canoes left for us to use. Our host Keisha was extremely helpful and very quick in responding to our questions. Our stay at Khove’s was great. The location was fantastic to walk to both Broadbeach and Surfers. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Rachael was fantastic to deal with and very responsive. I would recommend this house and would stay again.

What a gorgeous property! We had such a great visit to Brisbane, and this home was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The pool and yard are gorgeous, and what a fantastic view of the sunrise on the back deck. Super clean home, and has everything you'll need. Really appreciated having a washing machine throughout our trip. Parking was a breeze with the car port. And the neighbourhood is lovely. We loved every second of our stay here; thank you so much for sharing your home.

Fantastic location for the family get together and enjoy Surfer's Paradise. Close to everything but secluded on Paradise Island so no noise or traffic. Everything was nice in the house, with garage access and nice amenities

Lisa is a ray of sunshine in human form! Super helpful, attentive, welcoming, and extremely approachable and fast with communication. From natural honey, eggs, and passionfruit from the property, to taking us on a tour so we knew what the property had to offer and where firewood, etc were, Lisa was an absolute delight. The property was exactly as its namesake suggests - Bliss. Beautiful, relaxing, inviting. It was a peaceful world away from the hustle and bustle, and the villa itself was somewhere we did not want to leave with many options for relaxing within the privacy of the walls and gardens. We will definitely be back!

I live in the Gold Coast. My children and Grandchildren came over for a holiday from NZ. They loved the bnb. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a highlight. The premises serviced our needs perfectly. A family of 5. The only let down was the weather so we didn’t use the bbq but we still manage to go on a lot of rides at all the theme parks. Keri we had a fabulous time and thank you for your beautiful bnb and your excellent communications.

This house is absolutely amazing and Rudi and Ish are fabulous hosts! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!!

Lovely secluded place to stay in easy walk of cavill and main shops We stayed for 12 days and it was a good space with lots of kitchen equipment Pool is more like a dipping pool size

The stay was so spacious and clean, I loved how the house smelt and the walk in wardrobe. We really loved how close the house was to shops in walking distance.

This was a great affordable place for a family to stay and explore the Gold Coast. Everything is 20-30 minutes away, which is fine. We would go out exploring all day or to the Theme Parks and come back for a peaceful quiet swim and relax afterwards. It was great to be able to prepare our own food.
