Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

This 65m2 chalet, completely new, is located in a small hamlet, quiet and surrounded by woods and fields. It has 1 bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with an indoor spa in a room with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden. Outside you will find a wooden terrace with table and chairs, a large shaded area with picnic table and benches, car pitches with electric car charging plug.

Located close to Saumur and in the heart of our vineyard, our house offers you a unique break to enjoy the surrounding nature and discover our Langlois bubbles. A stone's throw from the accommodation, we will welcome you to our shop for a guided tour and a tasting of our Crémants de Loire and our wines. A bike deposit is also available (€10 per day). Saumur city center is a 5-minute drive from the accommodation.
