This great accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the city of Leoben, Graz, the Red Bull Ring and the Styrian Erzberg is anything but ordinary. Both the motorway junction and Leoben train station are in the immediate vicinity and Graz Airport can also be reached in around 1 hour. The accommodation is a private house in our garden, which has its own bathroom and kitchen and was completely renovated inside and outside in 2023.

My place is close to the Grüner See Nature Reserve, mountains, forest, meadow, swimming lake. Stream at the property line. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).

The apartment is located directly on the beautiful Erlaufsee, which is a few meters away. Guests will find in the apartment a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet as well as a spacious kitchen with dining area and sofa bed including another fold-out bed. On the property of the apartment there is also a restaurant which invites you to eat.
