Holiday rentals in Brule County

I have traveled to south central South Dakota for many years and stayed at several of the area motels and lodges before discovering the Cozy Cabins. In my opinion, the Cozy Cabins are far superior to any of the other lodging options in the area. The Cozy Cabins are exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed. But what really sets the Cozy Cabins apart from the competition is Maija, the terrific host. Maija is incredibly gracious, thoughtful and responsive. The pride she takes in owning, operating, maintaining and continuously improving the Cozy Cabins is readily apparent during each stay. If you’re simply traveling through South Dakota on I-90 or staying in the greater Chamberlain area for an extended period, you owe it to yourself to stay at the Cozy Cabins. I have stayed at the Cozy Cabins on an annual basis since 2020 and had an exceptional lodging experience each time.

Derek’s place was great. We used it as a resting place after a long 12 hours drive to in between our next destination. The size of the house (there’s a whole basement they don’t tell you about, a little creepy but very spatial) is insane for the cost!! Super clean and very well stocked with things you might need.

Love this place. My group has stayed here for the last 3 years and will continue to do so in the future. I have already booked for 2025. Thank you Eric and Kayla for making me feel right at home and keeping me informed. And for being a part making lasting memories with life long friends.

We truly had a great time at Stana’s place. She is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to her guests. The house was large enough for us to have a large gathering for a gaming weekend. We played wiffle ball in the backyard and the kitchen was well equipped We enjoyed walked in the neighborhood and visited downtown shops. The location of the property on the river was fantastic with great views. We would return for a future event with our family group.

Cozy Cabin is such a cute place. My son is staying there for the summer while doing an internship and it has been perfect for him. Maija was so helpful in telling us about the area and what there is to do locally. She responded to our questions within minutes and has been a fantastic host.

loved the snacks that were free for guests. very family friendly and very cozy. no issues at all.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we could have needed. The host was very gracious, let us know about some local entertainment and about some pointers in the cabin. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
