Everything 100%, close to B Hz, great access, great tennis court, excellent court lighting, several refrigerators, good pool table, good rooms, good sauna, great barbecue, several TVs, several environments. We love it.

The Mara space is beautiful, well equipped and quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication is quiet and fast. The location is excellent. Would recommend.

we spent an excellent Carnival between friends and family. from the beginning both the cacia and Roberto were extremely attentive, passing all the necessary information and being flexible with the time of entry and departure. The house was very organized and clean and the kitchen items available. the place is a real peace, with a beautiful view in the background. everything went well thanks to God and we will be back soon! thanks for the attention and availability.

Fabrício was a great host, always very helpful and resolute! The house is extremely cozy, much bigger than it looks in the photos, and the decor is full of personality. (the library is a real charm) The highlight of the accommodation, for us, was the Jacuzzi and the sauna. The jacuzzi is wide, accommodates five people in comfort, has warm water and features a spectacular view. The sauna is also excellent, easy to operate, heat super well and still has a eucalyptus essence that is simply invigorating. Another point that we really liked was the super-equipped kitchen, with oven, air fryer, freezer, large pots and refrigerators – all working perfectly, which made our stay a lot easier. The resting network is also very good and the external decks are very functional!

Great location, cozy and very true to the photos and description

I had unforeseen events and unfortunately I couldn't go home. However, some family members went and praised the place a lot, especially as to the beauty of the house, the gardens, etc.

We loved the stay! The apartment is super comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. The location is excellent and gave us a lot of security. Giuliano was super attentive from the beginning, welcomed us very well and was flexible with the checkout, which made all the difference. Everything was very clean and organized. An exceptional house. Alessandra and family kept the space with the old attributes and that makes the house charming. We felt at home! In addition, the location is great!! Throughout the time, both Alessandra and her daughter were very helpful. We needed to arrive at night and they were super flexible with check-in and check-out times! Everything was perfect! Super cozy apartment, with a super nice private area, very well located building, with accessibility and 2 parking spaces very close to the elevator. Adriene was very friendly and always responded to me quickly, answering my questions and helping me with what I needed in the apartment. I definitely want to come back!

Excellent location, close to bars, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is extremely clean, organized. The view is sensational. The hostess was very attentive in the clarifications. We will definitely be back.

Very good space, very cozy, easy to find, very quiet surroundings. Jeitinho de Roça, comfortably. Close to the city center, but without the noise of it. I felt cuddled, I would stay more days if I didn't have to work.

My family and I spent delightful days at Yara's house. Very quiet place, great for resting and enjoying a few days with family, or even with friends. The house is exactly the same in the pictures. The leisure area is really very nice, and the children loved the space to play. A special thanks to Mauro, who was very helpful the whole time.

The Chácara is delicious, great structure and José Augusto was very helpful! Before check-in he sent us a file with some travel directions and contacts that were very important, as well as greeting us with a delicious afternoon coffee. We spend amazing times as a family in the farmhouse. I highly recommend the space and would come back more often for sure!

The place is a charm we love hosting. I have a note to make about the amora, which by the way is a dog mill. On the first night it rained a lot in the morning and the balcony where she sleeps due to the wind was filled with water, she and her walk also became soaked. We put her walk in the sun the next day. My suggestion is that they put a more protected walk with cover to hide from the rain and the cold, another observation is that she was very skinny. How my family and I love pets couldn't help but comment on blackberry. In the most the place is excellent!!

I did not see Rosemary, alas, but the communication with her was perfect and her "caseiro" is very available and friendly. The house is spectacular, me and my friends loved staying there and took advantage of all the spaces available to us, including the@ games room with ping pong and snooker 😀 The location is perfect for visiting Inhotim. I would recommend it!
