A large light filled self contained studio home. Decorated with a scandi-minimalist palette. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

I've had fun creating a playful, vibrant place (kitted out with lots of awesome homewares!) that I hope you'll enjoy as much as I do. Amazing garden view apartment located in the Hip and Creative heart of Brunswick. So close to the Melbourne CBD (15 min Tram or train) and 25 min to Airport. Making it ideal for your visit. The Hosts love to travel and really hope to bring comfort and joy to your visit too! The apartment is high up with a huge garden, feeling the space and tranquil. A world of cuisine and amenity just minutes away: 4 pines brewery, Market lane cafe, Woolworths, Aldi, train station, all within 50 metres.

A good price because you aren't cooking much :) Yes, it’s a private place for yourself with parking and a simple kitchenette area. Everyone loves the tram and bus to your door, 5 mins walk to the shopping centre, parks, Zoo and cafe across the street. Urban Rendezvous—Where Productivity Meets Play

We had a wonderful stay. Fantistic location with two tram lines (1 and 6) direct to CBD Melbourne, and 96 within a 10-min walk. If you are a light sleeper, you may need to bring ear plugs, as road noise and pub next door may affect. We slept like babies!! Lack of second key was frustrating as we could not go out/ return seperately. We did request, but was not forthcoming. Well equipped apartment with the most wonderful west-facing balcony which delivered stunning sunsets. We hope to return next year. Thoroughly recommend. Karen and Mark Irwin.

Mustapha’s Airbnb made me feel right at home the second I stepped in. The cozy decor made for a much needed weekend getaway. It’s right in the hustle and bustle of Brunswick, but calm and quiet inside the apartment. They really thought of everything - from an electric blanket and heater to basic groceries in the pantry if you wish to cook - I loved my stay here. The location is definitely the cheery on top; so many bars and restaurants right downstairs with great stores for vintage fashion and thrifting. I’d recommend this stay to anyone :)
