This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Alexandra was an excellent host and communicated with us professionally throughout. We appreciated her responsiveness and flexibility. As this was a longer-term rental for one month, we really appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was, with everything we needed for real cooking. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well designed. The location was in a great neighbourhood where we were spoiled for choice for restaurants, shopping, and gyms. It was very convenient and accessible.

A fantastic place to stay and it was perfect for our long weekend in Melbourne-spotlessly clean apartment, great heating, very comfortable bed and it had everything we needed for our stay. Very close to the tram stop, cafes and supermarket with a lovely park and Merri Creek with a walking track alongside the creek nearby. James was excellent to communicate with, was very responsive and gave detailed instructions about the apartment and access information. I would definitely stay here again if returning to the Brunswick area.
