Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Brzeće

Gorgeous views of the lake from every room! Just what we wanted. Easy parking in the driveway. Clean and had everything we needed. Couldn't figure out any wifi, but we brought our own as backup. I'm used to a softer mattress and couldn't sleep on the beds, but used an air mattress I had. The rest of the family was fine. Although the lake seemed low, and there were steep steps to the dock, there was still nice swimming access in deep water. The house has a great location!

The house was as described and Dimitrii has been an excellent host. We have been able to communicate very easily and he has always been very helpful. The place was great, clean, spacious and with all modern appliances. You need to drive 10-15 minutes to the slopes but you have restaurants, spas and grocery stores within walking distance. I would book again anytime.

Very nice and private area

You can feel that Jovana and the family love this place and love what they do. The outdoor area is immaculate with breathtaking views. there was plenty of space for kids to play and for adults to just chill outside. very well maintained. we also used the outdoor grill. there was plenty of sitting area outside. garden lights added plenty of charm when it gets dark. we were three adults and two kids. All three of us work remotely, so we really appreciated the thoughtful design of the house. there was enough room for focused work or meetings during the daytime while at the same time, plenty of space to have fun with kids both indoors and outdoors. we absolutely loved the attic. it's hard to describe... imagine your wildest kid dream! it has a balcony with fantastic views, it can be used as a bedroom or as party lounge with fancy lights at night or as just a place to relax and escape into quite and isolation.

Apartments with a separate entrance. Located near the city center. There is parking on the territory, shops, a bus station, a market, an exchange office are nearby. The apartments have a kitchen with dishes, a washing machine.

We enjoyed our stay at Biljana's place. We were at a cute house which had everything we needed. Biljana was very responsive and even prepared a breakfast for us. Thank you, Biljana!

The apartment was nice and clean. We absolutely loved the view and beautiful sunsets! We didn’t close the curtains during our entire stay. :) The host was very helpful in giving us directions and promptly responded to our messages. Everything was just as described and captured on the photos. We do recommend having a car as most of the popular spots are a bit far. We really got to explore Kopaonik, visit multiple hiking trails and enjoy the incredible nature. Initially frustrating snowless start of the season turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to us. :) We’d gladly visit again! :)

It is a private apartment in the big hotel what surprised us but everything, apart of the knowladge of English of the hotel receptionists, was great, nice spacious apartment, clean with nice bathroom.

Place was very good, like in the photos, with free parking . The host was also very receptive and always responded to questions and helped.

Fantastic hosts. They were literally available for any information and our every additional request was realized as quickly as possible. Hosts to wish for definitely. The apartment is just like the pictures, everything is nicely equipped and has basic cooking utensils. I will see you again for sure.

If you’re looking for peacefull and cozy place, enogh far from rush and noise, but still very close to centre of Kopaonik, this is a place for you. It takes only 7-8 minutes by car to main garage. Kristina is very pleasant host and always there to respond for your questions. Check-in and check out are super easy. The apatment is spacius and everything was clean. My recommendation! :)

We stayed here for 2 weeks at New Year's eve. The house is very cozy and warm. All amenities are in great condition and the place is suitable for a long stay. Location is very close to the ski slopes. Highly recommend for a family stay.
