I would definitely go back to her accommodation, always attentive to the guest and attentive to what you might need. It was my first experience and it couldn't have been better. The host was excellent, always friendly and willing to help. If you like order, it's the perfect place. Everything is always in its place and smells great. Even though I'm allergic to cats, the level of cleanliness is such that I had no problems. And it always smells good. I'll be back and would definitely recommend it

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment has a spacious, clean, pleasant social area, with various entertainment options for children. The parking area is also spacious and airy. Silvia as a host from start to finish guaranteed a good stay and in her apartment we felt like we were in our own home. The overall surveillance and service staff stood out for great service. Definitely this is a great recommended.

Myriam is very attentive to her being comfortable. The apartment has all the essentials and is in an area that is not difficult to access. I think it's a fair price for the attention and facilities they offer you. We appreciate the hospitality and it is certainly a place I recommend if you plan to be in Bucaramanga and want to feel like a homey atmosphere. If I came back it would be my first choice

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.

Very well kept apartment in a good location, clean and spacious, and host was super responsive! They welcomed us into the apartment on very short notice, and even replaced the blender that broke within less than a day. Very satisfied and would stay here again.

The apartment is very nice, impeccable and with an excellent location. The residential complex has spectacular social areas, perfect for enjoying with the family. As a recommendation, it would be ideal for the fan in one of the rooms to be running, for greater comfort. You've heard the saying "location, location?" This apartment was in a perfect location-close to Cacique Mall, Bosque Parque, 21 Cafe coffee shop, etc. It is a lovely apartment with plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. The host, Zaira, is a dream host - friendly, responsive & just very warm. Building was easy to find for Uber & ALL of the security staff were friendly. The building is very secured which was a plus for us. The huge terrace on the 2nd fl of apartment has an amazing view that catches the cool breezes. I personally loved the washer & clotheslines. I really can't say enough about this apartment. We will be back!
