Enjoy the best waterfront view in town with access to a hammock, wifi, hanging swing, porch swing, bbq grill, huge yard, and giant concrete patio all looking up river! There’s a Bald Eagle that often perches in a nearby waterfront tree looking for fish. If you’re patient enough, you can see him swoop down and grab one! A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.

The home is in a very interesting neighborhood. Several mansions . It was easy to find and looked like many things to do in the area. We were in town for graduation, so did not have a chance to investigate. We will be back to do that.

Second story Apartment with Castle View

Tucked away in the museum district of St. Joseph sits this beautiful historic home. We where blown away at how pretty the area is with the castle and historic homes all around. We located Jens home with ease and plenty of street parking. The home is located on a second floor so you will have to take stairs to enter. The space is huge! The main bedroom is to your left and has a King size bed. There is beautiful furniture throughout with the cutest being the love seat. The second bedroom, right of the entrance has a large queen been and plenty of space. The living room has a large wrap around couche and TV. There is a small window table and charges to enjoy morning coffee (provided) and snacks (provided) but the host. The kitchen is fully furnished with a gas stove. The fridge is full size. There is only one restroom it that okay as the toilet is segmented off the shower so you could use it if needed. We wholeheartedly love this location and will book Jen again Love it!

this place was awesome! there was plenty of space, cold ac on all floors, and the dining room was super ornate. my group stayed for a total of 5 nights and enjoyed every room of the house. the two story sunroom was a favorite. place was clean and check in was simple. 5 stars the only "downsides" were usual old house things, light switches in weird places or switches that did nothing, doors that were a bit hard to close from the house settling, and no bathroom on the first floor. overall for the price I paid, this place was superb, if you are in the area this is the place to stay. cheers!
