Duckin Two is a studio apartment designed for couples who would like to relax and take in the nature and surroundings, with your own seperate bathroom. Amenities include bar fridge, kettle and toaster. You will also be provided with tea and coffee supplies. We now have put a microwave in the studio for your convenience. You can also have access to the Deck area including a BBQ and Swim spa that we use in summer to cool down , it’s not a hot tub ! But lovely on a summers night :)

We offer a large renovated family holiday unit. It comprises of a queens bedroom. two toilets , dining area, large lounge, a well equiped kitchen, laundry and an outstanding view of the canal. Our holiday unit is close to the Mooloolaba beach and at the end of the street restaurants , cafes, a European bakery, and varied shops . The unit is on the ground floor with an outdoor garden/patio/outdoor dining/outdoor lounge/ BBQ area, dining, lounge, kitchen all overlooking the canal.

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area.
