Country house very close to the city, it has a 3500 m2 park, pool, grill area with clay oven and a large gallery that from there you have the best view! The house has a living room with an integrated kitchen, hot and cold air, two bedrooms with a full bathroom that they share. One of them with a double bed and TV, the other with three single beds (the two with air and a closet). TV with Netflix. It also has a laundry room and an additional bathroom. Ask about late check-out, subject to availability!

Wooded park of 6 hectares and field of 42 hectares, with polo court. Located just 2 km from Route 2 and 5 minutes from the town of Cnel Vidal, with very good access by rough street (accessible even when it rains), internet, electricity and running water. We just installed Starlink (internet) in 2025 and painted the interior.
