I really loved the place and people around. Ruchika is managing her property very well, neat and tidy...the property offers you privacy, green and beautiful sourundings with a heritage touch. Staff are so understanding and helpful, the manager went beyond his duties to resolve out internet issues on a priority. Bathrooms are clean with daily supplies of toiletries. Rooms are clean, well maintained, spacious and you get what is listed. Overall, I loved this place, each corner has something unique to offer. This is a perfect place to stay for nature lovers...away from city, peaceful and beautiful.

Hari and Pari’s space was great. It was walkable all the sights and in a nice area. As well, it was quiet enough that I could get a good nights sleep. The AC worked well. The bathroom was clean and easy to access. The kitchen was perfect, very clean and everything you needed. The host was helpful and responsive, but not intrusive. As a single female traveller, I felt very safe in the house and the area. I highly recommend this AIRBNB.

Great location and view but please be very clear about which type of room you are going to provide. Jacuzzi’s functions were not working fully but only few of them were operational so why ask for so much amount showing it in photos.

Great place. We booked the entire place (9 rooms), that includes three on the ground floor. That’s the best way to enjoy the place in our opinion if you have a big family. But even if you are in a small group or a couple, the place is great. Outside the city, peaceful location, great views from the rooftop, decent food, responsive hosts, and they also helped us with a reservation at a nice hotel which would otherwise not take external guests. If you are looking to come to Udaipur, and would like to live in a castle like space, just outside of city, then this is a great choice. We had a great time!

Mrs. Girija is the best and the sweetest host I ever came across. She was very welcoming and showed us her place all around. She herself made tea and snacks for us when we reached. I felt at home there. The couple is very happy to meet and greet new people and are very proactive in taking care of the guests, I experienced it myself as I was not feeling well and she took care just like a mom. I am surely staying there every time I visit Udaipur as they made us feel very welcomed. I don’t mind paying a price even higher than this just to stay with them. ❤️❤️

The place is good, clean rooms, responsive and good host, and a great view from the rooftop, this is not a homestay, they provide you with a room to stay like hotels. Place feels safe and walkable from most of the tourist places and yes its a good option to stay.

Samir and Shruti's place felt like home, cost and comfortable with great home cooked breakfast every morning. The walls are beautifully decorated with Shruti's paintings and Samir's photographs. The room looks exactly like the photos and the hosts were very welcoming. Their hospitality won our hearts and we would love to stay at their place again while visiting Udaipur.

Burj Baneria, Cosy Boutique Stay with Lake View

This pristine home stay is everything it promises to be and a lot more. Bear in mind that it is a little bit out of the city which is why we chose it. The hosts are very helpful in getting you tuk tuks or taxis (we had our own driver which was a plus). Secondly, it is not a hotel, it is a Homestay and an excellent one at that! Our room offered 120 degrees views of the lake, was impeccably clean and well equipped. Our server at the restaurant, Mr. J P Singh was a kind, hospitable man who always served us with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, tasted like home and was fresh and flavourful. The host, Shivika, has paid every attention to detail and curated art, photos and even plants to enhance the ambience. We, Julien and Jasmine would surely stay here again in a heartbeat!
