My family had a great stay in Valencia, Bukidnon! The place was neat, peaceful, and very comfortable. It had everything they needed, and they felt right at home. The space was well-kept, with a nice vibe that made it easy to relax. Erica was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. She made the whole experience smooth and worry-free. You can really feel the care she puts into hosting. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting Valencia. Would love to stay here again. Thank you so much, Erica!

The brick house was amazing. Linens were clean, bathrooms were clean, kitchen was fully equipped, and the overall place looked amazing. Felt like we were overseas. The water dam behind the house was also very nice to listen to at night. Overall the place was GREAT! A bit on the expensive side but it’s 100% worth it.

Its very homey and definitely giving bukidnon vibes. I wish I couldve stayed longer. Super worth the price!

stay was great. what you see in the photos is what you get. 5mins drive from the place to casa de canitoan. host was also quick to respond and even sent a detailed instruction on how to get to the place.

It really felt like home! It’s quaint and we loved how peaceful the place is, perfect if you want to be close to nature. I’ve read some reviews saying the internet connection is slow or sometimes non-existent, well for us it’s just ideal as we love to disconnect for a couple of days. We will definitely be back.

Second time staying in this place the host was very welcoming. The house was clean and had a great time with family. Only issue I had was that check out on Airbnb said 12pm and the staff came and told us to leave at 11 but I had no issues other then that it was ok .

Nice and Cozy, very quiet place with lots of nature around. Perfectly to relax a bit. On the first day we didn’t had running water for several hours but the caretaker had everything well prepared already with water barrels inside the house to use the toilets etc. The Caretaker was very friendly and was always available if we needed anything.

We still had a great time staying at his unit, though there's a slight problem on the water and it's beyond his control. Sir Nino still managed to provide us water that we need. Fortunately the water connection came back at night. We appreciates the effort Sir Nino gave to us his clients. We enjoyed our staycation.

Our recent stay at this unit was absolutely fantastic! We checked in yesterday and left this morning, and from start to finish, our experience was nothing short of excellent. What truly made this stay stand out was the incredible kindness and generosity of the hosts. They were exceptionally accommodating, allowing my friends to visit, which we greatly appreciated. But the highlight of their hospitality was when I mentioned needing wine glasses – they immediately went out and bought them for us so we could use them right away! That level of thoughtful service is truly rare and made us feel so valued. A special shoutout to the staff member who bought the wine glasses – your kindness really made our night! The entire team here is genuinely wonderful. The unit itself was great – clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. But it's the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the hosts and staff that will make us want to come back again and again. Highly recommended!!!!

The place is amazing especially the location since its close to malls and restaurants. The room is clean and pleasant as well. Highly recommend this place.

It was an amazing stay at Tonnie Mae’s apartment! ☺️ The place is located in the heart of the city and very near to everything ( shops, restaurants , mall and etc ) Tonnie Mae is very helpful , friendly and response quickly with my queries and etc. It was a smooth guest - host transactions . Definitely a recommended place to stay .

Its not hard to locate the place.spacious rooms and clean bathrooms..and the hosts is responsive to my txts and calls.

Just ensure TElevision is alwyas availabe as per our stay it cannot be turner on.

We have 2 indoor cats with us and the place is just so perfect. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place can also accommodate plenty of people comfortably. Overall a perfect place to stay if you have pets.

if you can overcome the corrider, mae's place is great. i live it. you just have to being your toiletries and groceries if you want to cook. taxi is also difficult because it is almost occupied. good thing the guards at the 7/11 convenience store across helped me out. would stay again.

The host is so responsive and helpful regarding our inquiry from the start of the booking until my family check-out. We booked the place because it can accommodate 10 people. My family came to CDO to attend my wedding. It is a small apartment but with 3 floors, 1st floor is living, kitchen and has a sofa bed good for 2. 2nd floor 1 big room with AC with double bed plus pull bed and has space to stay. 3rd floor has 2 rooms, the other has 2 single bunkbed with AC and the other has 2 double bunkbed with pull bed but has no AC. All 3 floors has own CR which is convenient for plenty people. The place is clean and 1st floor has still ongoing project for additional sofabed. The place has fiber internet and cable connection powered by ParasatHD. The place has parking area also. Highly recommended for plenty of people to stay. The host gives us a discount also upon booking. My family feels at home while staying at the place, able to cooked and eat at the place.
