Best host ever, very considerate and communicates clearly and proactively.

I checked in and realized that there is some dust on the bedsheet. They addressed my concern immediately and sent a cleaner on the next day to change it. The rest is all great and the location is also strategic where you can find a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

We asked for extra towels and toilet paper during our stay, and he responded immediately and delivered them later. this is our second time staying here and it's great. comfortable accommodation, great location. it just feels like home.

I can't remember a stay as comfortable as the one I had in Jon's apartment, with a beautiful pool and a gym two floors below where I lived. One more floor below there is an access to a street with many shops and food places, including the entrance to a mall (with more shops and restaurants, including a supermarket). The apartment itself was great too, with plenty of space for 1-2 people, balcony with nice view of the royal palace, good bed and good internet. Also loved the desk with the office chair, great to get work done. To reach the city center I recommend to use the Grab app, it's cheap and efficient, with public transport it's possible but it takes much more time.

My family of 4 really had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this property. Natalie was the most gracious host who is very accommodating with questions and additional request. I really appreciate the flexibility and detailed instructions that she provided. On top of that, Natalie also went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable due to the duration of the stay. the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.

Ashley’s place was rly lovely! You get pretty good facilities, and the view itself was amazing!!! I went on a short trip, which was perfect as we stayed in most of the time, enjoying the view and the facilities. The pool was rly great. their house was spotless, clean and they leave sweet notes around. Rly kind couple that ensured my stay was comfortable and I will definitely book it again when I’m back.

The flat is as described and even better. The view, the amenities and layout are great, we definitely felt lucky to be there during our stay in KL. Man is an excellent host, he was always there to support us should we need anything. Proactive, excellent communication, he did his best to accomodate us and make our stay better and he succeeded. He as exquisite taste, the flat was well decorated and furnished.

I recommend King's apartment to anyone looking for an affordable accomodation in KL. In reality the apartment is even better than on pictures. The place was spotless, with everything you may need for longer stays (e.g. wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine). There is a terrace on 42th floor with very good view at Merdeka 118 and in a distance you will be able to see Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower as well. The view is especially good at night, when city is illuminated.

The place was very clean , peaceful, luxurious,the view looking like heaven, for our happy lucky the landlord buy a new big smart TV , I really enjoyed in this place, Also madam Suz treated us like a family she was very friendly and looking always to help us, i will visit this place again for sure.

Very good and nice room to short stay or longer stay, i will stay longer as much as i can because of the room is very make us so welcome and satisfied. with the big TV with very good sound system + PS4 ! WHAT A COMBO. the cooking utensils also come with full package ! The washer too come with laundry soap ! The bed also very comfort to rest and sleep. The bed and the pillow is on top ! I wish i can stay here again and again ! Thank you owner because the common sense and the services is on top !
