The place was very clean and relaxing because the whole place had airconditioning. I recommend everyone to try and stay at Grayhouse Inn. The owner is very accomodating and will make your stay very easy.

Villa Alaia was the perfect retreat from the busy city! The place was clean, and everything was provided from toiletries to kitchen essentials. All rooms (including the living room) were air-conditioned, which made our stay extra comfortable. Our two dogs had the best time running around the spacious yard. The view of Mt. Arayat from the second floor was beautiful! Claire was also very responsive and her suggestion to use their catering service made my birthday celebration stress-free and enjoyable. The caretaker was also kind and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely come back!

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

Huge space, lots to do, when you’re in the pool while listening to music it’s party vibe/feels because of the pool’s lighting, the sound of water falls in the pool is relaxing, our children and their cousins had so much fun, they all slept over at the huge loft type room with big beds. Will book this place again

Ms. Ness was super easy to talk to — booking was really smooth. She replies quickly and everything was straightforward. When we arrived, she just told us where to get the key and that was it. I loved how hassle-free it was, it felt like we were just at home. We arrived late because we came from a concert, but we had no trouble finding the place. There was parking too, which was super convenient. When we got inside, the place was clean, cozy, and quiet — perfect for resting after a long day. Even though it was just a short stay, it was so worth it. The area was peaceful, the bed was comfy — we really got to recharge. Bitin nga! (We wanted more time!) I’ll definitely book here again for the next SB19 concert. Highly recommended, though part of me wants to gatekeep it haha!

Although the price per stay is cheap, the unit is beautiful and clean. We were able to relax and truly felt at home. I highly recommend this place for your staycation, and I’m also willing to book again.

We held our team-building event at this property and had a fantastic time! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, so there were lots of activities to enjoy. Both the host and the caretaker were very helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Super nice ng experience namin. From pre-booking pa lang very responsive si Ms. Aileen. She provided detailed information and what to expect. The listing is very spacious, clean, and relaxing. Super accommodating ni Ate Rose. May pa free chips and coffee pa si Host. Nag dala pa kami ng mga essentials for cooking kasi sanay kami dun pero the listing has everything. Yung lulutuin lang talaga need mo. Kumpleto sa kitchen, malinis yung mga rooms, super lamig ng AC, yung GenZ naaaliw din sa Billiards and goods si WiFi kahit nasa loob ng kwarto. Enjoy yung buong family and we really appreciate na kahit medyo late na kami naq message kay Host para humingi ng extra blanket super bilis ng response. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LISTING.

Our stay was generally peaceful considering the place is near a main highway. The area is near malls, it was convenient to buy stuff and bring back to where we stayed. The place itself was apt in space. We appreciated that it had streaming services available, we caught up with some series in Netflix on days that we stayed in. The aircon was enough to keep the place cool; quite handy that it had two electric fans to circulate the cool air. The quality of cookware was pretty good. I had the opportunity to cook and used them. The place had its laundry area. Though not inside the unit, it was private and not shared. The place was well-maintained. Jacque as a host was responsive and helpful. It was thoughtful that a week into our stay, she gave us a fresh clean set of comforter, pillow cases, bed sheet, towels, and bathroom rugs. I am so appreciative that she let us extend for a few hours beyond the checkout time without additional cost. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is our second time staying at Eden’s place, and once again, it was excellent! The location is super convenient, just minutes from the mall and fast food spots. Eden is also incredibly accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet, which is a big plus for me. Whenever I’m in Malolos, this will always be my go-to. Definitely worth it, highly recommended, 1000000%! 💯

The place is so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay at Dobbie House hosted by Regina, she is a great host. She provided us free bottled water and toiletries. Great place to stay. Regie and Rina are very responsive. Highly recommended.

All four of us were exceptionally enamored by the place and the feel it gives you. It felt like 2nd home. Everything was on point! Thanks for a splendid stay. It was short (since we needed to leave early) but unforgettably sweet:) God bless!

I had a great stay

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. Thank you for hosting us.

We loved how minimalist and simplistic the place was. Not only that, the amenities and facilities are complete. The apartment was very neat and appealing to the eye. Definitely a great place to stay and hang out. The host was very accommodating and kind as well. The instructions were very clear and we didn't have a hard time to navigate around because of the detailed information. Overall, the place is really just like being at home and we would definitely return next time.
