Apartment holiday rentals in Bundang-gu

This is second time i stayed this airbnb. I really like and relax to stay here. Especially han river is the close to this airbnb which i really love it. Will come again soon. Thank you!

为了看演唱会选择了这里，里kspo五站，只需要二十多分钟，打车十四分钟，出行特别方便，除了走路到地铁站有一点点距离外（大概十分钟路程），交通完全没问题，入住也很顺利，有电梯，行李箱可以方便搬运，房东沟通特别及时，入住空调不够冷，立马就买了新的电风扇，让我有了好的睡眠，入住很顺利，还有一个优点，房间很宽敞，两个大行李箱可以完全展开，睡觉也很安静

The space is bigger than I expected and exceptionally clean. The bed is comfortable although the blanket was not super warm, the ondol floor heating was enough. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to do a late check out when we asked! The location is also very convenient, although it is on a bit of a hill it’s not anything too terrible. Noryangjin station is a great area pretty center to everything, about 30min in all directions. Just some things to note though, it is in the basement level however so it’s very dark when you wake up. And for some reason when I put the address into Naver Maps, it brought me to the north of the station but that’s wrong. Make sure you are going south and it’s across the street from a 7-11!

I genuinely loved staying here. Not only was the location so central to Seoul, but the staff was so kind. When I had to leave, they drove me to the bus stop with my luggages. I would truly recommend the spot for anyone visiting Seoul!!

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation—it was truly worth every penny! The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. While the walk includes a bit of an uphill climb, it’s very manageable and honestly part of the charm. The unit itself is compact but thoughtfully designed—perfect for a solo traveler. It had everything I needed: a two-door fridge, washing machine, microwave, dehumidifier, hair dryer, and full kitchen equipment. The host also provided generous amenities like towels, shampoo, soap, tissue, and more. There’s even a laundry dryer available in the common area, which came in handy. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, allowing for real rest after a day of exploring. Overall, the space felt cozy, clean, and complete—an ideal home base in Korea. I’ll definitely be back next time I travel solo. Highly recommended!

This place was such a great find for us. This is our 3rd time in Seoul, and this was hand down the best Airbnb we've stayed at. Location was awesome, close to Hogik exit 9, and the airport bus (RYSE hotel), it is also extremely close to the main Hongdae area. The apartment was clean, and had enough space for 2 people and luggages. We were here for 11days, and loved it. We will definitely look to book again when we're back in Seoul next.

A very peaceful place to stay. Feel right at home immediately. Enjoyable. Safe environment and surroundings. Convenient to GS25. Look forward to stay there again next time!

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

the host would respond quickly at times I expected them to be sleep. also very helpful with the recycling and how to access the amenities.

I enjoyed it very much staying here. I will definitely stay again next time!!!

Gwangu (the host) is very responsive in attending to our needs. He provided us with flat iron when we asked for it even though it was not in the list of amenities so thanks a lot for that! The actual place is as seen in the posted photos, though they can clean the laundry area a little more :) The area is also in a good location and very much walkable to Hongik University subway stn and bus stations.

Very quiet neighborhood but didn’t know it was that far from the city center approx 1.45mins but the place is homey and clean, very clear instructions and responsive. I just wished it had more pillows and smart tv as a foreigner we can’t understand all the shows. Netflix would be great. Overall I can come back again. Thanks Logan!

Lee & Oh’s place is super clean and comfortable, made us felt right at home. You can feel a lot of love and care have been put into the apartment as the owners pay attention to every small detail, making our stay very comfortable. The apartment is also very spacious and perfect for families. Would definitely recommend 100%z

Awesome location. Right next to exit 1 of Hongdae Station. The room has a huge window and an amazing view! Host is super nice and respond to messages quick.

accommodation was right outside of the train station which made travelling so much easier and hassle free! my partner and i genuinely loved how cozy the place feels and felt really comfortable throughout the entire stay! thank you :-)

I had a very pleasant and restful stay. The host was exceptionally kind, and the accommodation was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding had a subtle fragrance with soft, supportive cushions. I also appreciated the basic condiments provided in the kitchen. The location was excellent, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. I would definitely return.

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

Ingi’s place was a great place for exploring Seoul, its location near to multiple bus stops , we were never more than a 10 minute walk away from a bus stop we needed. Also had lot of good stores and restaurants nearby if you’re looking for something local. No more than 5 minutes away is a fairly big CU and some nice coffee shops / smaller restaurants. The apartment itself self was also great, looks so much bigger and more spacious than the photos , was a more than comfortable stay for 4 people. The rooftop also offers loverly views of Seoul, spent most nights up there enjoying the views. One thing I will say is the location is a bit hilly, if you’re are someone who struggles with walking or have health conditions it might be a bit of a struggle to walk around in the direct area. Apart from that fantastic place , will definitely look to book again if I return to Seoul.

距离永登浦站和时代广场很近，附近有便利店药店和oliveyoung，一个人住够宽敞，唯一不太好的是需要从商业街主路走到小路才能进，且对面有两个motel，对于独行女性不太友好。

We loved our stay at the loft! Thank you Heezin for being quick and available even for questions not related to the accommodation. The apartment could not be better prepared for visitors, everything is available and high quality and beautiful. The view on one side is city lights and reaches all the way to Seoul Tower, on the other side is the green bamboo clad mountain. Which you by the way can walk up, there are walk ways up the mountain right next doors. We loved the neighbourhood and its low key hipster vibe. It’s a lived-in place, and all conveniences are available. People are lovely. Bus 9 takes you down the mountain to town and to the shops if you feel the elevation is challenging. Departs every ten minutes from next door. You should take care if you are really tall, since the apartment is in levels and you risk bumping your head on the loft platform. Nothing would make us hesitate to come back! Hopefully we will be able to in the future.

We have had the pleasure of staying with Brad & Sarah on numerous trips to Seoul and words do not do this accommodation justice. This particular trip was a two week stay and, as usual, the hosts created an absolutely lovely space. The apartment has all the comforts of home, and is so beautiful and spacious, with lots of natural light. It is also spotless and the attention to detail unprecedented. Location wise, we find the apartment perfect…shops, bakeries, and coffee shops galore while subways and buses are just a short walk around the corner. It is so much fun exploring these streets while the apartment itself is quiet and relaxing. Thank you to Brad, Sarah, and their staff for being such warm, generous and welcoming hosts. We are so grateful to you for once again, sharing your beautiful home with us.

J'ai passée un excellent séjour dans ce logement. J'y suis resté 1 mois. Vous avez tout ce qu'il vous faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Pas loin de la ligne du métro et de la rue principale (environ 7 minutes à pied) où vous pouvez retrouver pleins de magasins/restaurants. Vous avez aussi également à 3 minutes à pied, un petit supermarché pour faire vos courses si vous êtes là pour un long séjour.
