Fabulous stay in Antalya! We recently rented the two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment above the Karaf Bistro in Antalya, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was modern, clean, well-equipped, and maintained to exceptionally good standard. The excellent location made it easy to explore the city. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, and dependable. Yaren was always available to answer any questions. Downstairs the bistro serves excellent food. I am not a fan of pizza, but their pizza was the best I have ever tasted. Pasta and the Turkish cheese salad are excellent too. The bistro also offers room delivery, which is convenient after a busy day. We would recommend this apartment (and the bistro) for anyone looking to stay in Antalya.

Ezgi has an amazing place, just a couple of minutes to the coastline/beach where there are great restaurants and cafes. Peaceful and private neighbourhood as well close to everything.

Very pleasant place, which has everything you may need to stay (from the kitchen up to a washing machine). It was very easy to communicate with Bora with clear instructions how to get to the place. The location itself is great - very close to the beach, grocery stores and markets with local fruits and vegetables, along with fish stores (one market is every Saturday, one is every Friday - next to a Friday market a fish shop with the fresh fish). There are a lot of different restaurants and cafes around, several public transport stops. Street itself is a very calm and green, you can enjoy your coffee on a beautiful terrace.

Nice and clean apartment, had everything we needed for a 9 day stay. Excellent location, close to everything. Aslı was a great host, very responsive, and let us store our luggage way before the check in. The bed was a bit too hard for our liking and the internet connection was not stable. The washer and the dryer were in the common area, but we had no problem with using them.

The place is just perfect: just few steps and you see a view of the sea. Near a such variety of restaurants. The Beach is so close. Place is so comfortable: close bus station and easy you can go to the city, other places and latest to the airport. Near a food shops. The flat was clean, and you can easy take a rest not a noisy surrounding. Kadir was so helpful and response to any question quickly even was taking care if I arrive fine and found the place, overall very friendly host. Hope soon will come back again. All the Best. We had a wonderful stay. The host was exceptional—communication was always clear, quick, and very helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our flexible check-in and check-out times, which made our trip much easier. The apartment itself was very well-equipped with everything you might need, including thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. It's also a great space for families—very child-friendly and comfortable for a longer stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Gaye and Hüseyin apartment ! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to details. The host provided clear instructions on how to get in, making check-in a breeze. The space itself was beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were surprised that there are only 5 apartments in the building (1 per floor)-so no neighbors around you 👍. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary snacks, tee and water. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. Bakery is just round the corner. The tram station is just 2 minutes walking. I felt completely at home and safe throughout my stay in this quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a top-notch experience, this is the place to book. It was really a great stay and a great location! Accordingly, everything was perfect. The apartment only looked slightly smaller than in the pictures, but that was no problem. Overall, the environment was simply very good, as you can quickly walk to the beach, city or supermarket. In addition, it is of course always good to have a washing machine and dishwasher. I would come again!

Fantastic apartment, a lot more spacious than in the photos! Excellent location close to the old town but not on the main road. Well stocked and clean, we really enjoyed our stay

If you come across this place, you can feel lucky because you will definitely stay in a perfect place. We stayed as a family, my mother is very meticulous, normally before settling but he didn't even touch anything here. Everything was very clean at the first entrance. Your needs were thought out to the finest detail and put in a lot of effort, and everything was new and I think it was very enjoyable. The host is ready for your requests at any time, from before the trip to the check-out, and provides very fast responses. The host deserves thanks to the end. All the needs you can expect from a stay are more than available and in a very nice location. It is in the comfort of using all kinds of transportation vehicles to the places you can visit in Antalya, or if you want to walk, it is very close. It was literally perfect, when we want to come again, our choice is clear now. There are more beautiful things to say, we definitely recommend it, you can choose it with peace of mind, 🙏🏼💯✔️

The house was clean and modern. The area was full of restaurants and places to visit. Just 5 minutes far from the sea on foot. A very calm area.

Hadice is a sweet lady and Hoseyn is a nice man they are both very warm people and make you feel at home from the first moment.. They received us in the office in the same building and offered coffee and sweets. Hoseyn showed us the place. They provided different things needed upon arrival such as tea water salt sugar oil soap etc..They offered to call them anytime we need. In fact we did not need to call them at all which means the place was functional. Internet is good. TV with many channels for TV watchers. The place is as described, quiet, near restaurants, shops and also near an open market happening once a week. We walked daily to the seaside and went to different restaurants in the area. The location is perfect in town but quiet area. We definitely recommend this place. Vika asked me to come next time to the same place. this is very meaningful. of course I totally agree with her.

Diana was a brilliant host being very attentive and responsive. Brilliant recommendations were provided for a sorts of things to do round about. The apartment was very easy to find from the clear instructions, and was in the perfect location for lots of restaurants, cafes, gardens and shops. Anything further afield was easily reached by very reasonable taxis from the front door. The apartment itself was beautiful and very well laid out. There was all the utilities we needed including hairdryer, and washing machine. The space was well cleaned and very spacious. There were a few more skyscrapers in the sky line than expected from the pictures, but the view from the balcony was still beautiful and ideal for some sunshine in the afternoon. In summary, the apartment and the host were what made our holiday to Antalya so pleasant and we would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay! Mr. Cagin is an exceptional host—helpful, respectful, and highly responsive from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. The apartment is fantastic: a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable sitting area, a large bedroom, and the added bonus of two full bathrooms, which was a real luxury. After a long, hot, sunny day, the strong water pressure in the showers was exactly what we needed to relax. The building’s pool, spa, and cafeteria are definitely worth trying—they added so much to our overall experience. Thank you for making us feel right at home. Mr. Cagin is truly an A++++ host!

It was a nice short stay. We did not have any problems. It is a clean place in a safe location. I recommend it.

Very tranquil. Excellent location. Everything as advertised. Everything I needed was there. Given the opportunity would stay again for sure. Stayed for 4 weeks in March and it was excellent value for money...

First of all, since I was the first customer, I encountered very valuable materials in the kitchen. The house is quite cold, probably because of the floor, so it's the perfect home choice for the summer season. There is a hot water problem, but there is a negligible boiler. The house was a quality house according to Turkey, thank you for everything. It has been added to my preferred locations again. Finally, there was a huge black dog that I saw when I entered the house, so I left a little bitter because I couldn't love him. :)

The place was at a stone’s throw away from the beach. We had a change in our itinerary and Kartal was really helpful by accommodating an early check-in for our group. The apartment was clean and as described. Beautiful sea view.
