This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. This studio apartment is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The cabin is located next door and is not included - it is a separate space. no third party bookings. NO PETS OR SMOKING

Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.
